Sobe su čiste, namještaj je uredan i noviji. Zaposlenici na recepciji su uvijek nasmijani i hoće pomoći kao i teta iz kuhinje sa kojom smo se teže sporazumijevali ali stvarno se trudila :) Doručak je ok, više vrsta zitarica, vise narezanih salama, kobasica, izbor kruhova, tostova, kroasana i naravno 3-4 vrste slatkih jela uz razne kompote/voćne salame. Dostupne su 3-4 vrste sokova, automat za cijedenu narancu, aparat sa 10 vrsta kave, kuhalo za razne premium čajeve. Do Metroa ima 3 minute, sa druge strane zgrade je policijska stanica. Ispred hotela je francuski restoran/kafić. Miran je kvart. Mogao bi biti malo veći izbor hrane kao hrenovke i slično (kćer se požalila).

The breakfast exceeded my expectations and the location was perfect. Would definitely come again!

The personel The building is a little bit old and need some work and improvement

Many things. Shower with little water Terrible wifi ..I could not get decent Internet on my PC during my 5 day stay. Mice in the kitchen... All said.. I saw a mouse coming and going in the kitchen when I was about to check out very early on my last day. I won't come back to this place. Beds were very used on one side and uneven. Terrible lighting in the bedroom. I could not see well.

The staff especially the receptionist was excellent and very friendly. The location was great and close to public transportation. Breakfast, not many sour choices, mostly sweet ones. The room was humid and little smelly.

Room was very small

We were very well received, but we were somewhat surprised by the room fee, quite high for a 3-star hotel. The room was as we expected, small but clean; the linen was clean, but everything was covered in an almost unbearable smell of mold (the attached photos are edifying!). Our towels and linen were changed even though we only stayed for two nights (10 out of 10 for that!). Breakfast was pretty good, but it's the first time I've seen boiled eggs served in cardboard packaging. The beds were quite large and comfortable. Be careful: the elevator serves 2 floors, meaning if you want to go up to the 5th floor, you will get off the elevator on the 6th floor and go down half a floor by stairs! The ceiling was cracked on half of the surface, and in the area of ​​the fire sensor the crack was already worrying (see photo). In the bathroom, the bathtub was dirty from some leak, and the toilet button was cracked (see photo). The only drinkable coffee is espresso (single or double!). If you want a cappuccino, I recommend making a double espresso and adding cow's milk from the bottle on the table where breakfast is served.

Friendly atmosphere. Our experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. We were given a different property than the one in booking. It was dirty with bad odor. When we asked them many times to clean it, and each time we were told that they are they are coming, after a considerable time they said that the cleaning has already left long tome ago. Overall I don’t recommend this hotel.

The staff is amazing super nice, comfortable beds and overall a great stay

Friendly staff, good breakfast, located nearby metro station (M13) and restaurants, Carrefour, McDonald's. From this hotel you can get to the airport Beauvais in a maximum of 2 hours with metro and Aerobus. Room (standard one double bed) was tiny. But clean :)

Breakfast was great, busy at times but always enough food and coffee. A great touch was the 24hr kettle and hot drink facilities in the breakfast area for making a hot drink any time. My room has a lovely view over the rooftops and I could see the Eiffel Tower in the distance. Good parking nearby. Metro station close, so it was very easy to travel into central Paris. Great hotel, would stay there again without any hesitation.

Location and staff are good.

Staff and cleanliness of the rooms. Lift was too small and no option to order food in room. ( breakfast was included so no complains there ) Rooms was too small for family but good for couples or single stays.

The price. Room size was fine. The location was a bit far to get to main attractions. You needed a train / metro to get everywhere. Breakfast could have been a bit better. Bathroom did not have a working lock and the hotel said this was hotel policy. However , there was a safety lock on the bathroom but it didn’t work. The breakfast area was full up one day - so maybe this needs to be expanded. Otherwise , this is a budget hotel , good price but location not great.

Passable

The location is good next to a metro station. The personnel very friendly!! But it could be a cleaner hotel. The walls and the carpet of the room are dirty enough. Also the room was very small. The breakfast was good but not convenient set up to serve yourself and the mugs were not clean enough. Also they didn't clean often the tables during the breakfast, so we had to do it by ourselves.
