Не первый раз останавливаемся в этом отеле, район отличный, тихий, близко магазины и рестораны. В номере было чисто, понравилась ежедневная уборка. Метро рядом, хоть и ветка не очень. Мы остановились в отеле на 8 дней, нас поселили в номер на первом этаже с видом на дорогу, было очень шумно от людей внизу и машин с мопедами. Мы попросили поменять нам номер, на что девушка на ресепшене в грубой форме сказала, что это невозможно. Проблему потом решили ее коллеги и предоставили в итоге нам номер с другой стороны здания. Минимальная температура на кондиционере 20 градусов, он работал, но неэффективно, в номере было очень жарко.

The hotel was decent , close to public transport , grocery & bit walkable restaurants The AC was less cooling & it was high summer also.. The hotel strict in checkout but that’s their call fine.. The bathroom floating door prefer rather different

Not all receptionists have speal English fluently so be prepared to use google translate. Not a big deal really.

Great location, staff super helpful, rooms were clean, excellent facilities.

- we had a room on the top floor, so I definitely liked it - the area around is not bad at all - there are some (relatively) affordable eateries nearby

Basics were missing in the room. The side of the room was pathetic. Too far from what was described in the website. Didn’t even have basics in the room.

Only a 2–3 minute walk to the metro, with a nice location. The room was clean. It wasn’t a problem for me, but the limited space could be inconvenient for someone with a larger build, as the passage between the bed and the TV wall is quite narrow.

The staff was very kind. Very easy check in and check out process. The price was good compared to other facilities nearby. There where some basic necessities missing from the room (such as a trash can with a lid) and it was missing professional cleaning as there was heavy dust in some spots, we found a pen under the bed which means it was not properly cleaned and most importantly there was mold in the bathroom.

For the price it's as you would expect. Take cups though, you don't get any.

The main staff were wonderful people. We were allowed an early check-in despite arriving at around 9, and after first receiving an uncleaned room, we were immediately given a new, fully clean room. Also, despite being slightly overworked and having to cook the breakfast at the same time, we were considered for and we could leave our bags for some hours after we checked out. Finally, after informing the staff that one of the cleaners repeatedly knocked on our door and insisted on cleaning before we checked out on the last day of our stay, the staff informed us it was a new employee that wasn't aware of the protocols and gave us free breakfast (that we didn't already buy) as an apology. In short, they were incredibly accommodating. Despite the staff's accommodation, the reason why I give 9/10 and not 10/10, is because of just some details. I think the staff should be better informed over cleaning protocols so as not to insist early in the morning to clean, there should perhaps be at least one more staff working during the day to not overwork the employees at least during breakfast hours, and finally because we were initially given an uncleaned room, which indeed was immediately fixed but preferably shouldn't happen at all.
