Very friendly staff and great location. Bed too soft and sank in middle.

Great location, big room, comfortable, AC, underground garage. Spaces in the car park were too narrow. We managed to find one on the end that was large but most were not really suitable for modern cars.

Check in staff excellent Lovely hotel which the whole family enjoyed. We came down to the bar to collect drinks for consumption in hotel room. Bar staff didn't fulfil our order properly, made mistakes and did not provide obvious elements such as wine glasses, ice bucket etc

Location We did not originally choose the breakfast included option so when we got to Hotel the rest of our family dinned in the Steakhouse restaurant and we had to go downstairs to the Executive Suite. Breakfast was average and no gluten free options and service was slow. Did not rate this breakfast. Our hotel cards kept cutting access so several trips to the reception to get them programmed. This was incredibly frustrating as we had to wait for a staff member to assist and reception was always busy. And the worst part is my daughter got bitten by bed bugs which originally left welts on her legs and now very obvious it was bed bugs. This really was a disappointment.

Lovely renovated property, whilst I remember the time they used to have a pool, this is still a lovely hotel, in space, decoration and standards always enjoyed a visit Nothing,

Another lovely stay, team were wonderful and loved the room on the mezzanine, given this is central Bristol and a period building it was very quiet Window in room wouldn’t lock, but this is very minor

The location. The staff were poor in general and were quite often chatting nonsense between themselves rather than attending to customers (in the bar area) the breakfast staff were pleasant..the check in que was far too long with again misreable staff.. tell them to smile and welcome guests properly or don’t bother coming into work at all. Coffee at breakfast was good, although much of the cooked breakfast was cold.. pastries were very nice..!

We queued 3 times for check in after 3 pm, we had a 4pm appointment 20 minutes away but made no difference to the disinterested reception staff, when we got to the room, bathroom floor was covered in long black hairs, corridors were dirty, front entrance needed pressure washing, just grubby and not value for money, no personal products or shower cap. Parking was £17 and spots so overcrowded driver was forced to exit via the passenger door,
