The place was great it was quiet and place was very nice We didn’t add breakfast for the stay… my fault, I forgot but when we went for breakfast I said we will pay and the guy told us you didn’t sign up for breakfast so it took a bit of work but got to have breakfast and we did tell them we will pay

Clean sheets, honest staffs, I left my phone behind and they quickly sent me an email to make arrangements for pick up. I love this hotel and will always book it whenever I am coming to Bologna

Well equipped and arranged rooms with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Friendly staff, good restaurant. Easy check in and out. Available parking at the hotel A little bit remote from the city and connection with bus is somewhat difficult.

Breakfast was good. Close to the hotel is a big shoping mall. We had some issues with rooms: room for kids was with a strong smell of cigaretes. We realised that this hotel have rooms for smokers. Later reception desk changed the room and everythink was ok.

They accommodated me with all my needs and recommended me food places to that hit the spot. Also they warned me off issues I wasn’t aware of in Bologna, keeping me more safe/out of trouble.
