Quiet and beautifully restored villa. If you want to get away from the hustle of the city, but still just minutes away, this is the place. If you want to be in the center of everything happening in Bologna you might not like this quiet and peaceful place.

Great family business! They provide a lovely accommodation, they are considerate and do their best for you to feel at home. Reccommended! Location is a bit far from the city (but we knew about it) - a car comes in handy, but it can be reached by bus too (20 minutes of walk from the bus stop).

What a charming and authentic place! The apartments are lovely and comfortable and clean and the owners are wonderful. We only had one night but wish we could have stayed longer. Nothing

This place had the most magical style and was spotlessly clean. The room and bathroom sizes were so great. The internal design makes you feel that you are in a very special place. It is a beautiful family-run business carried on by the third generation with a strong aim to carry the family legacy. I admired the owner for this very much. I had a pick in a new opening library/ conference/meeting room with tall oak bookshelves full of books. A library where you can stay and read forever. There are books that it is hard to find anywhere anymore. I loved the facility and friendly atmosphere. Easy access by car and plenty of parking space. The breakfast was very delicious, and so many options to choose from.

Perfect personal. Excellent breakfast. Peaceful place. Surely I advise this hotel. Everything was perfect.

Everything. Even the breakfast. The fact that you ask them and they bring whatever you want rather than having a lot of pre prepared cuts and everyone talking and sneezing and coughing on the food was fantastic. Well done No lift

Beautiful property, absolutely amazing hosts!! Lovely breakfast with sooo many choices including eggs and bacon. It is located in an industrial area which seemed strange when we first arrived but easily forgotten once you walk in.

Fantastic service, quiet location, great breakfast and beautiful accommodations only 15 minute drive into Centro. Owners really care about service It is in an industrial area but the yard and hotel is great

Warm welcome, steeped in history, family business. Fantastic breakfast! People might be put off that it is in the middle of an industrial estate but we were stopping on the way to Venice so it was supper handy being in the outskirts.
