Excellent hotel in classic Hilton style. Large parking area around the hotel — very convenient for those travelling by car. Everything was great overall. A bit far from the centre of Bologna.

Hotel isn't really up to Hilton standards but it's nearly there. Our room had electrical problems on first night (couldn't turn off lights by wall switch, couldn't turn off AC), but after the night we fixed it ourselves somehow by turning off electricity from the rooms breaker box.

The rooms were clean, nice, and comfortable. The staff was excellent, with a lady and a gentleman at the reception who were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing all is great..

Going to and back from the city can be a chore, but that's not the hotels fault. The location is on the outskirts which has its advantages, but the Bologna public transportation (buses) needs to improve.

We were given rooms in the section where renovation was happening. Duat, dirt, materials laying all over corridor , noise from 8 am. Super bad experience

Everyting is fine and very cheap hotel

I couldn’t turn off the light in the room and the staff told me they have problem with this and suggested to take the card from the door. After I did it the a/c started working and I didn’t want this. The staff of the hotel couldn’t resolve the issue and I slept with the light.

One of your restaurant's staff members made us feel extremely uncomfortable; he was hostile. We are an American professional couple, one of Asian ancestry and the other a member of a religious minority. We wondered if any of the above triggered this individual. We have traveled extensively and have never experienced this level of mistreatment. It was unfortunate, and we are reconsidering our relationship with the Hilton Hotel brand in Italy.
