Location. Sizes of rooms. Amenities were clean and nice.

Easy to access the room, well located, very clean and comfortable. Courtesy beverages. Splendid place!!

The location was right next to the Central Station - so quite busy most of the day. Was convenient to use local transport. The balcony view was great. Comfortable and convenient. There was some construction going on next to the apts. So there was some noise. I guess this is temporary though.

Great location close to metro and bus easy to access. Short walk to the ocean and attractions Must get there during the day the process for going in can be difficult. Lots of people loitering not sure if they’re trying to get the door code or target tourist.

Closeness to train station for late arrival And early departure. The correspondence was excellent and easy to get into the building and room with all the information emailed ahead. Room was very clean and well equipped and snacks and drinks a nice bonus! Plenty of places to grab a food nearby and easy walk to old town:

They clean the rooms everyday. The view from balcony was amazing! The bring you drinks everyday. The elevator was so small.. Cuz we were with our baby. The baby cart was not quite able to fit there.

We liked the cleanliness of the room. The large amount of towels. The wonderful shower with instant hot water. The room facilities and bottled water was very welcome. The large comfy bed meant we had an excellent night's sleep. Being able to leave our cases to walk around to explore Bari old town and harbour was brilliant. The location for shopping, restaurants and the train station was excellent. Definitely would stay here again. At the moment with building work going on in the Square it felt a little unsafe to walk around late at night.

Bed and pillows not the most comfortable

The room was exactly as described — no surprises. Compact, clean, and in a great location. Perfect for a quick city break.

Everything you need is here: air conditioning, heating, smart TV, reliable Wi-Fi, and elegant décor. You can tell the property was designed with care and taste.

The room is very well soundproofed and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Even though it’s central, you don’t hear any noise. Slept like a baby every night!

I loved finding complimentary water and juices in the minibar — perfect after a long day of travel. Those small gestures make the stay extra special.

Il Pumo has an good location — just steps from the train station and the city center. Everything is within walking distance! The room was spotless, bright, and beautifully decorated. You can really feel the care in every detail.
