The location is great. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and modern and the staff was really nice.

Excellent location, close to transport (train, bus, airport shuttle), so it is very easy to arrive from the airport and also go visit other cities in the region. The room was very clean, the staff was making sure of this on a daily basis. In case of help needed with recommendations around the area or luggage storage, I was very nicely surprised by the Travel B&B team. The staff and owners are very warm and friendly, I thank Rosi for making my stay so memorable!

Rooms were great. Had two rooms for our family of 5 adults and they were both nice and bed configuration was perfect. Excellent breakfast each morning. Friendly and accommodating staff. Convenient location to everything especially train station! The one bed in the triple room wasn’t the most comfortable. Old, small elevator but worked ok for us and we liked taking the stairs a lot. Really a terrific stay.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are super clean and easy to access. Breakfast was great as well! We had a family of 4 that had to get 2 rooms. They were originally on 2 separate floors. They did accommodate us and moved us to the same floor after the 1st night. In our 10 night stay in Italy between 3 hotels, with the cost of 2 rooms, it was a lot more money.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. We appreciated being able to leave our bags and to use the bathroom when we returned to collect them. The breakfast was good and the room clean and comfortable. The lift was small and a bit awkward but the video sent with the door instructions was helpful.

Very thin walls made it impossible to sleep from neighbors

The room was very clean with a comfortable bed, nice balcony overlooking the square which unfortunately was under construction at the time. Coffee maker in room, small fridge, tissues in the bathroom. Did not have the breakfast, as we were leaving before that service. However, they gave us a tray of juice and croissants, spreads, etc. So close to the train station, which made getting our train the next morning fast and easy! Check in is quirky, must have what's app, you will be met at the door and let in, given the key to front door and room key, plus code to the door on your floor. Lights are on motion sensor, so when you open that door, it may not light up immediately. Iffy neighborhood at night.

Close to train and bus station Pillows were terrible, breakfast was small and brought to the room.

Location. Near the train station and main shopping street. This is an extremely overpriced property. The building is terrible. It's run down. The elevator is small and requires one to close 2 sets of doors when leaving. If someone fails to do that it won't work and you'll be walking 3-6 flights in a dark stairwell. Careful the lift floor does not align with the building floor, easy to trip. Room consists of metal furniture. Metal lockers for a closet. 1 metal chair, metal night tables. Bizarre lighting. Unplug the light if you want to charge your phone. All seems industrial, not pleasant at all. Bed on a metal frame. It's more of a hostel than B&B but at high hotel prices. If we paid half it still would have been too much. Very disappointed. The McDonald's next door generates a lot of trash nearby and people loitering outside building door. All in all, we felt deceived by the pictures and whoever rates this place anything more than awful. The breakfast was ok. If you eat in the breakfast room you'll sit on short metal stools. By far our worst experience in Italy and disappointed that Booking.com didn't screen this place more effectively.

I was traveling solo to check out different towns in the Puglia region and was looking for a hotel near the Bari Centrale train station so I could zip up and down the coast to check out towns like Monopoli, Bisceglie, Trani, etc. This hotel was in the PERFECT location for what I wanted as it was a 90 second walk to the station (be sure to use the Trenitalia app for your train tickets, SO easy to use, no waiting at kiosks or getting your tickets validated, the app does it for you). Bari's old town was a safe and easy 15 minute stroll down the main pedestrian promenade so if you wanted to be near the old town, this hotel might not be for you but it was perfect for what I needed on this trip. The hotel uses Whatsapp as the main for of communication so make sure to have the app installed before you arrive. For check-in, you go up to the 6th floor of the hotel's address, the elevators are the tiny ones you'd expect but still worth noting. The hotel gives you clear and easy instructions for gaining access to your room, couldn't be easier. The free breakfast was really nice and right across form my room (601), breakfast is everyday from 7:30-9:30, the staff is super friendly, they even make you fresh coffee as you eat! For my departure, I needed a 4am ride to the airport but the trains weren't running at that hour. I asked the hotel the day before my departure and within minutes, they had a 4am taxi confirmed for me for the cost of only 25 Euros, some places wanted 50-70 Euros for the ride. The cab showed up ten minutes early, the trip back to the airport couldn't have gone any more smoothly. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. I know the hotel has no control over this, but only negative for me was the street noise at night, it was pretty loud up until midnight and then started up again around 6am as the station opened up for the day. Even with the windows closed, the noise was noticeable but I put on my white noise app and snoozed away. Just wanted to mention this in case you're a light sleeper, maybe even ask for a room away from the street, that would probably make a huge difference.

The bnb is conveniently located, many restaurants and small markets near by. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Our room 301 is comfortable. It’d be nice to have a safe in the room

Breakfast was good and sufficient. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The location was perfect for a very rainy day — just steps from the train station. Our host was so helpful sending directions including photos and a video so we knew exactly how to get to our room. The breakfast was really nice. Even with the windows closed it was noisy from the street.

Nothing we could complain about.
