IL LEON D'ORO HOTEL BARI – BY FARACE HOTELS

It was right in front of Bari Centrale station, where trains to other neighboring towns can be taken. Walking distance to Bari Vechhia although the Bus no. 12 is a convenient way to move around. Despite the busy location, the rooms were very quiet. We stayed in both 3rd and 9th floors. Plenty of breakfast options. A lot of options to eat around the property. We loved the Orecchietteira restaurant next to the property. None

Easy access to the city centre of Bari, and the historic centre. The hotel is directly across the street from the central train station. We reserved a parking spot at the hotel which was convenient. Clean lobby, well appointed and spacious bedroom, wonderful dining room for breakfast which has plenty of buffet options. Nothing

It was close to train, which is what we needed. Breakfast was great as well. Very close (walkable) to any place we needed. Can't think of anything.

Location was excellent. Close to train station and main walking streets. The hotel seemed recently renovated - rooms were good size with a nice layout for travelers. Rooftop lounge/bar was nice and overall facilities were great.

Hotel in a great location, there is parking nearby. The rooms are new and clean, the bed and linens are comfortable and the shower is great. The hotel staff is very kind and the breakfast is good.

El hotel tiene una decoración hermosa y una ubicación perfecta a una cuadra de la estación de tren lo que facilita recorrer Puglia. El desayuno es abundance y el roof es muy comodo con hermosa vista para descansar del calor y tomar una bebida. El personal fue maravilloso y nos hicieron recomendaciones de restaurants locales y no turisticos. Nada , todo fue perfecto … uno de los hoteles mas bonitos en que nos hemos hospedado en Europa.

Excellent location! We used it as a pit stop, after spending a week in Monopoli - took the train from Monopoli to Bari and a taxi the next morning to the airport. Hotel was a 5 minute walk from the train station and arranged a taxi for a 5:15am pick up. The driver was there early and only charged €25 to the airport (a bargain after not having a car for a week in Puglia, we were used to spending large amounts for any transfers). The main shopping avenue was on the corner of the hotel and the historic center just 10-15 minute walk away. The room was clean, the bed luxurious, the bathroom spacious with all the amenities necessary. We arrived early, 11am - and the room was not ready. They safely stored our luggage until we returned in the evening. It would have been nice if the luggage had been taken up to the room for us. But they didn’t have bellmen - so wishful thinking.

unfortunate we couldn;t enjoy breakfast, but the receptionist provide a togo breackfast for every one. Thanks a lot, everything was perfect

Location! It was close to the train station, yet walkable to Bari Vecchia. Loved the rooftop bar! Breakfast was outstanding! Nothing I didn’t like.

Fabulous city centre hotel. Recent refurbished and beautifully so. Great location. Comfortable, large rooms. Great breakfast. The lifts were small, and took a while to come.
