Great location, everything you need in this area, night life, food and stores. All staffs are top notch, very friendly and exceptionally helpful what you need. The breakfast could be better, I just wished they would contribute more authentic thai food to the breakfast menu.

Breakfast: Thought it was OK but being Hyatt had expectation be a little more exquisite. Room: was nice size being in the middle of BKK but the furnishings/bedding where equivalent to a nice 3 star hotel. Parking; Not sure what was going on but they had a lot of people park on the narrow turn around path around the hotle and not in a parking garage.

Location, ease of check-in, polite staff, rooms with stunning skyline views and the always popular rooftop bar. There’s nothing to dislike about this hotel. It’s one of my favorite business trip stays every year.

(Small tiny details thaz aren't super important) The room is a bit dark, there was not enough hanger for the towels, and the water was leaking to the ouside of the shower, the wardrobe had very few shelves.

Shower, Comfy Bed, Good view of the city, Great Rooftop Bar with AMAZING staff. Super clean as well. No in-suite laundry and charged with premium prices for it. No complementary breakfast given the price. Have paid for a hotel way cheaper including breakfast.

Nice facility, close to shopping and restaurants and the BTS skytrain station. Nothing, but be aware that traffic is very heavy in the Sukhumvit area. Recommend taking the BTS as much as possible.

We were assigned a corner room with a great view. That said, the couch/spare bed was very uncomfortable. It was not really intended to be used a bed. The breakfast was nice, while fairly reasonably priced. Breakfast was not included in the room rate. Location was great, easy to access the BTS in Bangkok. The staff on check out could have been a bit more proactive and their taxi/hotel car to the airport was driven by an angry guy. Not sure why he was angry but he was. Could not get us out of the car fast enough. Weird. Pool on the 19th floor was a bit small. having to take two elevators to get to our floor. The building is set up to accommodate high floors, low floors. The Reception is actually on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

Great big windows with decent views in a stylish room. Very helpful staff. Close, comfortable walking distance from public transportation. Easy for Grab taxis to find. Carpets can sometimes be occasionally / slightly dirty with crumbs.
