Location is fantastic for access to BTS and Emporium and Emsphere malls. The room was not as clean as it could have been - It had not been dusted properly, the fridge door needed a good clean and the shower area was worn down.

Location near EmQuartier area. BTS close by, This property is at best a 2-star, maximum 3-star hotel. It is very old and has not been renovated. The rooms and corridors look dirty and dark. The internet is unusable, the air-conditioning is noisy, and the bathroom is sub-standard and musty. The swimming pool is only for children. The only areas that still look remotely decent are the reception and the bar.

The hotel was okay. I had an unpleasant situation with my clothes. I used their laundry service. when they returned my clothes, my clothes was damp, all my clothes felt wet. I was very disappointed..

It’s comfortable and very close to BTS station and malls

The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Greeted with a smile when entering or leaving the building which I very much appreciated. The room itself is quite comfortable although the furniture is a bit dated. Daily housekeeping assures a clean room and a restock of toiletries if needed. Had some early issues with the AC, but was quickly attended to and worked properly for the rest of the trip. Overall a great and lovely experience without worrying of over spending. Having to leave!

Clean and quiet, good location, helpful staff. No in room hot water/coffee maker.

It is an old property and it shows. The hairdryer in my room was so old that it would have taken me hours to dry my hair. It was also annoying how there was a lot of noise; I wasn't sure if it was my AC or the AC of the other room but it woke me up multiple times. I could also hear the TV of the room next to mine.

Amazing hotel, staff are very helpful and friendly. Very big plus is a small laundry on their 2nd floor (2 washing machines and 1 drying machine). It was very handy when you come back from muay thai training and all your train clothes are wet, you can immediately put them into a washer. It's not free, but the payment is really small (less than 100 bat for both, washing and drying). Location is amazing, close to few gyms, few 7/11s, restaurants and metro station. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable of all hotels I've stayed in Thailand! Huge plus! They serve free coffee/tea all day (machine is in the lobby). Thai tea from this machine was surprisingly nice. I would stay there again, for sure. Not a huge minus, but faucets in bathroom were a bit old. Water pressure still good, no issues here. Wi-Fi was interrupting all the time, was hard to have a video call, but again, not really a big minus.

The lobby is very suitable for working. There are not that many tables, but they are almost always available.

Old furniture

Sort of close to BTS but streets were a bit treacherous to walk on . I was bit by bed bugs that made my whole experience terrible, they only offered to change out the bedding . The AC had a leak one night, the door handle to the restroom was broken, and there is a huge knot/ crack in the bath tub. I would never book with them again, they showed no empathy.

Terrible value. Very old style, no frllls place that should have been cheaper in Bangkok.

But there was no hot water in the shower. The hot water stayed for 30 seconds and then got cold again. I talked to the receptionist but she told me it was OK, even thought it was not.

I really like the location, especially with it’s back access to Soi 24. Property also gave decent value for its price. It was the best value I can get for 3 people. (The newer hotels in the area insist that 3 people will fit a king size bed) There’s also unlimited coffee, hot thai tea and hot chocolate at the ground floor, along with a kitchenette you can use. I don’t think it’s a family hotel because they allow people to smoke in the pool area. No water kettle in the room.

The location is most attractive. But difficult to get to with luggage because of the pavement in the area. But the metro is very close. Strange animal noises near by.

The staff were so pleasant and accommodating. Always quick to bring anything I needed. The family suite was very comfortable as I was traveling alone and had so much extra room. Felt like a home vs a hotel room. The manager was very kind and accommodating. He greeted me every day and made himself available. The “hot” breakfast options were like warm to cold each day however the inlets were amazing. The walls outside near the pool need significant maintenance. The pool area is small but very comfortable but then you look up at the wall and it’s in bad shape. Really that’s all I can come up with. Everything else was amazing.
