Good location near Phrom Phong BTS and major shopping malls. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the rooftop views, pool, and breakfast are good too. Some rooms feel smaller than expected for a five-star hotel, the pool area can get crowded with limited sun loungers, and the overall experience can feel slightly overpriced. Also, the restaurant food quality was very disappointing and well below what we expected from a five-star hotel.

Really bad soundproof in the rooms ( we stayed on the 20th floor) so on our first night we heard the neighboring guests very loudly and that kept us from sleeping. I would not expect that from a 5 star hotel. The view from the room was disappointing. No place to hang wet towels or bathing suits. I would maybe rate it 4 stars.

Location is very close to train station with very good accessibility To show flexibility from hotel management when it comes to amending your vacation stay, as well as when you add or remove room with breakfasts to accommodate visitors requests when needed. Breakfast selection needs to be improved. I tool 4 rooms i was ok with the breakfast , however my other guest wasn’t happy about the breakfast and wanted to cancel . I was able to add breakfast if i want to, however i was not able to remove the breakfast for other room and hotel representative directed me to contact booking.com agent.

I liked the location. Near by to everything. The malls, city center, metro stations… The room was very small compared to other options with the same price range.

Maintenance of room furnitures, water from big window of bedroom when raining heavenly. Living room size is not matching as shown very small and unsuitable to call living room.

The light switch placement in the room was comical, and my keycard failed seven different times, blocking access to my room and the elevator. Management handled the situation poorly. Instead of standard compensation like a room upgrade or late checkout, staff barged into my room at 10:00 PM to offer complimentary food. It was intrusive and completely missed the mark. While the rest of the staff was friendly up until that point, seven technical incidents and a major privacy violation ruined the experience.

The location was fantastic, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was attentive and polite. The swimming pool was pleasant. I was only here for such a short stay that I missed out on trying the Vanilla Rooftop bar but based on everything else in the hotel I imagine it would be nice.

Location is the best thing about this hotel. 3 huge EM malls are very close to the hotel. The bars inside the hotel are also great and the ambiance is nice. The staff is nice and friendly. 1. The shower door was not locking properly so the floor outside of the shower was flooded after each shower session. 2. There was no hot water in the shower and since we stayed for only 1 night we decided not to make a big deal out of it and just showered in cold water. 3. There are no windows that you can open so the air inside of the room was very stuffy and there was an unpleasant smell. 4. We had dinner at the restaurant on the 7th floor and the quality of the food didn’t match the rating and the level of this hotel. We probably would be able to get much better quality for less money outside of the hotel.

I loved everything about the hotel and the staff and amenities. What spoiled the whole visit was the horrid smell coming from the bathroom. There was a sewer gas leak. It spoiled the whole visit. If I was staying longer I would have requested a different room. It was just a 36 hour layover in between flights

Location, staff and the breakfast offerings. I had a bonus free transport to the hotel organised through my account with Booking.com, and the hotel did not receive the notification. I had to organise and pay for the taxi myself.
