I loved my stay here! Right in the center of Thong Lo, walking distance to so much! Pleasant staff, comfortable room, and a wonderful shower with the hottest water I've had in Bangkok! Would definitely stay if coming to Thong Lo area.

Nice, big room, nice bed, nice shower. The staff were great and very helpful. The location was ideal for me. The view from my room was of a wall, probably because it was only on the 3rd floor.

Very nice and cozy hotel right in Thong Lo but still quite. Cozy bed. Japanese bathroom. Smart TV. Many restaurants and bars in walkable distance. Very recommendable

Checked in quite late in the evening. Noticed a weird heavy smell I have never smelled before. Asked the reception and they told me the room had been renovated and painted recently. Someone brings a device into the room and plugs it in. We come back after dinner and the same smell is even heavier in the room.... We wonder and notice a bit later that the device is an ozone generator and they have used it before and during our stay in the room. No compensation, nothing, for putting our health at risk. Just a shrug and apologies. Ozone generators should never be used with people in the room as it is really toxic.

I removed 1 point only because my husband and I were heavily bitten by mosquitoes at night and we didn't find any mosquito repellent in the room.

Walking distance to BTS. Hotel will drop you off at the BTS The pool area is very slippery and the stairs and pool stairs have no railings. Be very cautious.

I don't mind walking much, but it's not very close to a station, be prepared to walk a lot or Grab.

We stayed on the top floor and even though it was facing away from the street, loud motorcycle noise could be heard at night. Recommending to stay on lower floors

Enjoyed a lovely stay @ashley hotel bkk ... Thanks to Lyn, Karika and Bijay for all the help and making the stay so comfortable!! Better signage/instructions for taxis to head straight to the parking area to offload any luggage ... instead of unloading at approach stairs.

I was looking for a hotel in this exact location, and Ashley hotel was the best value for money. There is a small kitchenette and a washing machine.

Generally quiet and clean and kitchen had basic utensils/dishes/pots which was convenient. Washer/dryer in the unit was very convenient and appreciated that the hotel provided detergent and dish soap. Complimentary tea/coffee/water was great. Lots a Japanese food options around there. The little ramen shop right underneath the hotel was great! I was given a non-smoking room but all the trash cans emitted cigarette ash smell whenever I open them to throw things away. Lobby was not at street level and the 10 or so steps to climb were narrow and felt a bit unstable. Definitely use the railing.

Squeaky clean linens, rooms are beautiful with fully functional kitchenette that includes microwave. washing machine! WiFi is great! Some rooms have balconies. Beautiful pool and city views in a cool part of the city. Walking distance to everything. Staff are superb! Consistently excellent in customer service and making your stay as comfortable as possible ❤️?… Can’t find anything at all and I am picky!
