The location is good opposite a supermarket and tons of restaurants around the hotel Definitely overpriced for the quality you get. Not suitable for business trips. Staff is unorganized and not always accommodating. Except for housekeeping who do their job well.

Super clean and spotless hotel. Loved the kitchenette and washer. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Fantastic location and easy to walk around this trendy area with fantastic restaurant options and unique cocktail bars. Can't think of one thing.

Everything about this property was perfect for my my trip to Bangkok! The cafe, heated bidets in the lobby lol, the rooms were spacious with washer/dryer combos in the with complimentary detergent fo the first wash. The cafe was convenient, so was the Burger King across the street if you get in super late at night. Super close to the BTS Thonglor Station, great food options near by, mall, spas etc. perfect location and definitely worth the price per night! If you are o. The fence do it—-very nice stay!

Good location and very nice rooms with great view The price for booking a van at the airport to the hotel at 11AMwas 2500B. The price for the van from the hotel to the airport at 6AM was 1200B. I don’t understand .. The rooftop is very expensive for the aera.

1. The breakfast spread is very limited. Especially if there is a guest who prefers vegetarian food. 2. No water or refreshment drink offered on arrival. If you do not offer atleast hand over a small bottle or put a dispenser in the corner of the reception area. 3. Breakfast sitting area very limited. 4. The detergent in the room was not replenished although used up for washing clothes in the washing machine.

The hotel is very pleasant, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We stayed in a family suite with a separate room for the kids, which was very convenient. The pool area is nice, and we really enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel is located about a 20-minute drive from the city center, but that wasn’t an issue for us since we were getting around by taxi anyway. There’s also a shopping center right across the street with good restaurant and bar options. Breakfast could use some improvement — the Western options were quite limited and not of high quality in our opinion. There are several cafés across the street offering a wider and tastier selection.

One thing to note is that the hotel is a bit farther from the city center than expected. A taxi ride to downtown costs around 200-300 baht, and walking at night isn't advisable. It's worth mentioning that Booking.com provides an accurate location description, as it’s not quite 0.2 miles from Nana Square or downtown. Overall, a good experience, but just be aware of the distance from the main attractions.
