Corner Room was comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the coffee. Complimentary Room snacks of well curated Thai products. Staff were generally friendly. Upin of Restaurant and Miew of Front Desk were warmly hospitable and most helpful. Room slippers were poorly made.

Volve always delivers. Thonglor is the neighborhood. The coffee and pastries are ??? Staff are the nicest. Would be a good idea to have one thin pillow and one regular pillow. The regular one is a little thick for some.

We stayed in a studio room this time. Only little feedback is that the bedroom area is so compact, there's hardly any space to wiggle in/out on the sides and that makes the experience of getting in and out u comfortable. Perhaps just too compact a build. Aso, perhaps because it was Chinese new year, the prices were infamously high for this room. Still, in line with the standards the hotel maintains.

For the steep price point, the rooms feel tiny and cramped. The service is not up to the mark and you leave feeling like you did not get your moneys worth.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby and restaurant are perfect. We like the breakfast and the room is big and comfortable for family of 3. Nothing.

The hotel is also located a couple of minutes away from the BTS rail station which takes you directly to the Siam Centre.

Location is great, close to BTS station and many restaurants; staffs are super nice and helpful; cleanliness is good, almost spotless With this price but no swimming pool nor gym

The apartment is wonderful — extremely clean, with excellent showers, complimentary water throughout the stay, and daily room cleaning. Everything was excellent — the kindness of the staff, the gourmet breakfast, and more.
