The staff at this hotel are 10/10 Restaurant…arriving at 8.00pm tired and hungry after long day flying we were told that our first three choices on the menu had run out and unavailable!! We walked in light rain to Phrom Phong to find dinner!! The next morning the first item we ordered Unavailable!! Waitress was really nice and came up with a compromise….day 4 I went down just before 11.00am and asked for an omelette ……sorry kitchen is closed was the response! I have been travelling to Bangkok for over 30 years and have stayed in the majority of 5;star hotels and to say this was a disappointing experience is an understatement and hurts because the staff overall in this Hotel are amazing ………their restaurant absolutely let them down in my honest opinion

Possibly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Staff service beyond compare and they almost anticipate your needs before you do. We especially loved staff member Art on the entrance - a character and so attentive. Food, facilities and cleanliness etc in line with service. And excellent ££s value for money. A shining example of a hotel. Nothing to say here - all superb.

The staff from the reception and the concierge are not nice. They are inactive and the concierge didn’t give us any tips about the area and she simply sent us to the main tourist attractions closed! Yes, it was a massive national holiday in Bangkok and she did not advise us about the temple being closed. The receptionist booked us to a wrong attraction and didn’t say a word about it.

Overall stay was good, comfortable rooms and good facilities. It's a small 5 star hotel (not similar to what you would usually expect from 5 star hotels) but still comfortable and good service. Location was amazing, right on an alley next to the main Sukhumvit road. The prices could have been a little lower considering it's a small hotel overall.

Superb

Details of the room, a la carte breakfast, very nice staff. Thanks to Sunshine and Kevin for helping us with everything. Small swimming pool (but it was quiet, which is very good), a bit slow service for snacks and drinks there. But they help us to provide wine usually served only at the restaurant and we appreciated it a lot.

Great location yet quiet from all the hustle bustle. BTW just door step. Thong Lor being great location for up and coming and hip places. No hot water during the first day but it was quickly resolved. The breakfast is good but a bit overpriced for the options and qualities they provide.

Beautiful rooms and property No hot water

Staff were excellent, welcoming, friendly and helpful. They made our anniversary stay very special and memorable. The room was lovely and really comfortable and the bathroom had a spacious shower as well as a bathtub. The location of the hotel was so convenient and a short walk to the Emporium Mall which had excellent shopping and food options. There were also some interesting boutique stores and good casual restaurants and massage/spas along the main street. Wish we had booked for a longer stay!

The hotel is new, on the quiet road close to the metro station. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very functional, the bathroom had rain shower. The staff was polite and helpful (Hello, Art, how are you doing!). The food in restaurant was delicious.

Great place, elegantly designed rooms, Pool area and restaurant. Very friendly staff that helped with everything we had the slightest need for. The only place that has ever greeted us with "first sit down, male yourself comfortable and have a drink while we sort out the checkin for you". Nothing negative

Exceptional food, great location, lovely comfortable rooms that felt original and individual. Staff could not have been more caring or helpful - genuine care for their guests. I must mention Art who gave us such a wonderful welcome and was so helpful when we departed Staying only 1 night
