In a great location and felt very comfortable Tea cups were a little small, but understand this was mainly for coffee

Central location Room far too big but not particularly comfy. 1 coffee each for machine and not pleased to give us more.

Great view of central station. Close to public transport and supermarket. Thankful for a fridge in the room. Great breakfast. Nothing. Everything was great.

Amazing location and we had a great room. The car park is very difficult to navigate, especially with a larger car. We and other guests experienced difficulties getting in and out. No water provided in the rooms.

I loved the breakfast so much. So many good options and whoever baked the cake is exceptional. Wow The waiting time before the check-in was disappointing. Had to wait for extra one hour before checking in.

Location, staff and room, all three were fine. A nice and handy hotel for a short stay. Coffee machine on the room

Location It took 3 attempts to get me a twin room as requested rather than a double. Could raise staff on phone so had to keep going back to reception.

Across the glorious Antwerpen-Centraal train and metro station, on the Astrid plein, near the Zoo, and a short walk to the Meir shopping street. Very good breakfast with friendly, efficient staff.

Good location, couldn't get my vehicle into the carpark as height restriction so had to park elsewhere and walk. The bathroom wasn't great and shower wasn't powerful so had to lean against wall to get under it.

Location was great, nice to have parking under the hotel however the reduced cost for guests daily parking was not well advertised and resulted in several friends paying more than they needed too. Onsite cafe was good value. plenty of towels available in the swimming pool. It was irritating that guests can only use half the lifts as the others are restricted for the business suite. The hotel was was busy and tis meant quite a wait for a lift at times. The steam room was out of service and it appears had been for a while. Also no water fountain by the sauna. The gym did have a water point but it was often empty. The most frustrating thing was that you couldn't get to any floor other than the public areas and your own with your keycard. While this might not bother single room guests, we were a hockey team and needed to go to each others rooms for various reasons and had to arrange to meet in reception and be "escorted" to our mates room.

Location Staff Vibe Nothing really

Location Breakfast Needy to be greeted with a smile in reception, especially after waiting for a while to be checked in. Did the hotel really want guests?
