The location is great literally opposite the station. The rooms are modern and the bed is big and comfy. The staff was so lovely and check in was lovely The aircon is set to 21 and goes off every two hours so on a hot summer night, I had to keep getting up in the night to turn it back on. The WiFi didn’t work the whole stay in my room or in the rest of the hotel. Not the cleanest rooms. The gym is not good either. The other thing is you are only allowed one coffee pod in ur room person which seems a little cheap.

lication, room, staff The blankets are too large, too heavy, and too complicated, both for the guests and for the housekeeping staff who have to make the beds. There should be one single-sized blanket for each person.

Great location and friendly stuff. Good breakfast Room was very dirty. The blankets had stains on them, dust was on every surface inside the room. We had to ask to clean up the toilet right after we moved in as it had very bad smell.

Great location. Immediately outside the Centraal station. 3mins walk to Chocolate Nation. Had a family room on the top floor. Didn’t expect it, but the room was split level so the kids were separate from us. Lovely! Can’t fault it.

great location; across from central station spacious clean room separate shower and toilet, both tiny but clean fridge with water bottle a lot of storage space No wi-fi connection; could not connect to my Ipad to check in for flight when attempting to connect to wi-fi result was: "unsecured network" perhaps there might not have been an issue if hotel had a password to connect to wi-fi hallway carpet could use a shampoo
