Park Inn by Radisson Antwerp City Centre

Simple basic and no fuss. Nothing

The location -very close to the main train station- was the reason for the reservation and turn out to be the best decision I made. Went to the other -Blue Radisson building- to check in and then go back to the -Radisson building- where I stay.

The didn't have a coffee machine ?

I had a bedsheet stained with blood. Had spiders in the room maybe they came from terrace not sure. No slippers and no amenities in the room such as toothbrush , vanity kit and bathrobe. The most irritating part is that u have to go check in in Raddison and then walk to Park Inn with all your bags across the road. Not convenient

the check in had to be done in a building across the street, not a big deal, but with luggage it's not the way i'd prefer

The property looked great, bed everything comfortable, but found blue pills on the floor? From previous guest, tub had black hair floating in it had to clean out drain and tub to take a shower after wanting a bath! Had a stranger walk into our room with a key when my husband was parking the car!! Freaked us totally out!! Handle of door was constantly being shaken, sounded like a party in our room with screaming and laughing and drums, going on outside the hotel with a fair! Didn’t sleep at all was totally scared high anxiety etc! Called hotel told them they said it was Saturday night and couldn’t do anything about room except maybe change rooms at 3:00 am!! Staff was great other than letting us know there would be parties going on all night! And room being dirty!! See ^^^ Everything went wrong and we were not even in room till late?!! Gave medication found all over floor to staff in Radisson blue! Have no idea what it was very scary could have been deadly if we had a child with us!

Everything clean and nice Good TV Temperatuur bad and the air-conditioning did not work. Window ? to much noice .. bad night

Stay was as advertised in the images. The location was very good. Amenities were really good. We had to wait for 1 hour to check-in even though we arrived on time. We were told that their server was down so they couldn't check us in. We had to wait in the lobby. Staff did their best but they didn't provide any ETA by when the issue would get solved. Luckily we checked with them again in 1 hour and the issue was solved and we were able to check-in. The situation could have been handled in a better manner.

The charge of 20 euro for "flowers" where it is plastic rose pettals did ruin the valentine experience for me. I expected atleast real rose petals or 1 real rose.

Room with a view, nice location and would stay there next time. I had accidently double booked (booking.com, double commit :-( but they resolved the problem quickly. Kuddo for the Staff! Didn't try the pool, but is on the todo for next time.

Bathtub did not drain well. Very nice experience.

The rooms are not soundproof, advertising is not true. We had someone from reception at 3am knocking the doors because we were listening to music from the phone, absolutely joke

Spacious clean room, excellent wifi. It can be noisy early morning because of proximity to the tram way in the Main Station square.

They didn't honor the reservation and also charged me double the amount. In other words, I paid twice for the same service, and their customer service didn't respond or find a solution. I wouldn't want to call the rest a robbery, but it's very close to it. Most of their staff are always "trainees." It's impossible to find someone qualified to solve a problem. The hygiene of the room and the hotel in general is very poor. This is, without a doubt, my worst hotel experience. The service is terrible. It was close to the train and right in the city center.

Not perfectly clean The fact that the check in and breakfast are at the Radisson Blu. The cost of the parking

The location is perfect, near everything and easy access to transportation. The access to the other hotel's swimming pool, gym and sauna was incredible. The gym is very little and has no bench press :(
