Convenient location, fairly modern room - there are many pleasant mini moments in the form of free slippers and free cold water bottle in the refrigerator. The staff is friendly. The hair dryer in the bathroom didn’t work.

Location! There was a matrace cover that was made of material that made the bed too warm. I’m sure some people like that, I did not. All else was nice though so I’d recommend the place.

Saw a silverfish in the bathroom, and there were some brown/red stains on the curtains. The wooden floor also felt sticky when walking barefeet..

The second room we got was as expected. Quiet and clean. You will be enrolled into an American membership of the hotel group even if you tell the staff you do not want this. Even when you tell them to remove your details. Even if you only signed for an invoice. First room 103 is located a few meters from the bar. The noise is like you are inside the bar. All night long. And we were unlucky to have the toilet flooding. We did get a new room.

I stayed one night at the hotel. The young man who welcomed us was very attentive. The room was well equipped, the breakfast was very plentiful, and the location was excellent.

The location was right next to the train station. But, similar to most areas next to the train station, it was a little sketchy at night. The first staff member was very nice and helpful. She stored our luggage and checked us in. The rest of the staff were indifferent. The rooms were decorated cute! The lobby smelled like sewage when you first walked in and traveled up the elevator. The internet was REALLY slow. We had a twin room, which was extremely loud most of the night with traffic of people going in and out. I asked for a room AWAY from the elevators and was told that ALL rooms with twin beds are near the elevators. I think it's time to put a few single beds near the elevators. And, I was also given the reassurance of ear plugs. Not really great customer service when it came to that. On top of that, the walls were thin and the doors slammed easily. The drains in the bathroom, both the sink and the shower, were clogged and backing up with water. The shower had a 1-inch puddle of dirty water. The TV remote did not work at all so we couldn't turn on or watch the TV. Overall, the place just needs some maintenance.
