It's a bit far from the center but it really isn't a deal-breaker.

The location, bike rental on site, and the bed was super comfortable. We loved our stay! The club music that played into the night was really the only bad part about our stay, loved it otherwise.

Staff were excellent Bed was very comfortable. AC worked well in record heatwave. Breakfast was excellent in the renovated restaurant. Located in a nice park. Transportation could not drop at the door so we had to drag luggage 100m over cobbles. All power outlets are Euro.

the staff and the bed were the best things about my stay the breakfast was very minimal and very basic

The stay at Conscious Hotel Westerpark was super nice. The hotel is located in a very nice park, so the quiet surroundings are great for a rest after a long and exciting Amsterdam day and night. What we loved also was the super nice and helpful staff at the Hotel. From this hotel, you dont need to take public transport or uber as with a short walk of 20min, you are in downtown and along the way you have nice things to see as well.

Breakfast was lovely served buffet style, rooms were large and quiet. The location is in middle of Westerpark which was beautiful, staff were very welcoming and accomodating.
-
Great location, wonderful staff Especially during breakfast 2 staff members had to both attend to guests’ questions, deal with check ins/outs and serve breakfast/make drinks. Didn’t seem like the best working conditions to me. And despite that they were always smiling and nice.

Cheese at the breakfast buffet was moldy

The location was beautiful! The bed was very comfortable and pillows were soft but firm. The huge windows opened and let the fresh air in well. The shower wasn’t enclosed, but no major issue.
-
Quiet location in park but very close to central station and activities.
-
The breakfast room was a bit too small, and I had to wait for a table to be free for quite a long time.

We sought a hotel in the museum district. We are new to Amsterdam and this hotel at this site came up in repeated searches. It is not in the museum district! There are neat restaurants and cafes etc nearby and the park is a lovely respite but it is not where booking says it is.

Large room. Good location - in park, near public transport. No minibar in room - this is good: not wasting electricity. Very poor value for money. In the room: 6 coathangers. 3 hooks on the wall. No shelves for clothing, no closet. No facial tissues, only toilet paper. No face cloths, only 2 bath towels and two hand towels. No bar soap, only liquid soap. Body cream was very poor quality - did not absorb, did not moisturize. Coffee in the room was an unusual individual drip system that made very weak "coffee" that I found undrinkable. At breakfast: no butter at the buffet; I needed to ask for it. No sparkling water available from the fridges in the lobby. When I asked, I was told "We only have still water."

The location was very good for getting to all major attractions. The windows were too high up so you couldn't see out without climbing the ladder.

Really nothing The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The room had a wooden beam really close to the bed, so if you get up in the middle of the night you will have to duck to avoid it. So, we had to sleep with our feet facing the head of the bed. But again, that bed was uncomfortable. During checkout we let who I think was the manager about the wooden beam, and that we believe it was a hazard to have a bed close to it. I almost hit it one night. She said it was because the building was old. But again, you get up in the middle of the and you wouldn’t expect to have a beam in front of you. Not going back to it

The morning people at reception were super helpful and smiling. My parfume was found this morning after 13 april, thanks. (Following my previous review) * It is a good hotel but when you come from a plane flight and a long passport queu, it was a bit frustrating to do your own check in (my reservation wasnt easy to find easily so at two check ins i had help from reception) * Booking com sells the rooms tax included for both days but then you have another tax to pay for two times when you have a room change * seen how many nights i stayed and the high fee i paid for two reservations, I never got why i couldnt stay at the same room (triple room was 500 euros for two days and double room was 760 euros for two days and i was just one person) they sais if i pay 60 euros more i can stay at the same room i had cheaper so i went along with the change....

I reserved in two rooms for two following dates so I was asked to change the room (i paid 700 euros for a smaller room because it was fair time and 500 euros for a much bigger room), while changing the room my belt and my parfume was left in room nr 1 and i transferred my things to room number 2 same day. When asked, staff gave me my belt but my parfume was somehow never found, you dont expect to have your things stolen in a hotel you pay 1200 euros for 4 days, first time i ever experienced this and nobody seemed to care, it was a new hermes berenia parfume i just bought
