Close to the center of town. Bus to the Central Station stop right in front of the hotel. Could not leave our luggage when we checked out for the day.

The location is very good Near to the bus station going to the city The room ( suite WOW) was amazing Very big The hotel is clean The breakfast was very good, tasty and varied I went to Amesterdam between 24-27 of June it was very hot and the AC was not working at all and very noisy. We were suffocating in the room They tried to fix it but still not working They offered some ( ventilateur) to help but still it was so hot

Breakfast was delicious. AC didn't work and they dismissed it as the heatwave. Even when it cooled down at night the AC still blew 30C. They put us on a "waitlist" for a fan, but never gave us one. We were miserable each of the 2 nights we spent there.

The hotel is great the staff are friendly and amenable. I was touched when I returned to my room last night that a bag of sweets and complimentary free drink voucher for my birthday had been put in place by the room attendant who had taken note if my birthday cards . A nice touch. The breakfast staff were very attentive when my daughter asked for gluten-free bread each morning and ensured this was sorted. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the pillows wonderfully huge and soft. We had a really enjoyable stay and would recommend it to others. The noisy bar attendant towards the end of the evening crashing glasses around and making a noise. We got the impression it was time to leave. We didn't return for rest off stay it put us off. It's a bit strange to have a toilet separate from the shower room with no wash basin, meaning we had to walk through the apartment to the shower room to wash hands is not ideal.

Good location, easy to reach via bus. Comfortable, clean and ample space. Very comfortable bed with two big pillows. It wasn't a major issue, but it took some time to know how to work the remote control for tv. Slight issue with bathroom when showering ... in the superior twin room, you can see the person showering! (good job we are good friends!). Also, at night going to the toilet, you have to put the key card in to turn on the light for the toilet - waking up the other person! Didn't know how to operate the lights other than from the card slot, so walking back to bed in the dark. Also, we felt the side tables by the bed were a little on the low side rather than at head height.

Location is great, a bit away from the city center but more quiet and easy to get around. Rooms are very big, with comfortable bed and the best airport is the walk-in shower which is great for older people or people with moving issues. Staff was super welcoming and nice and they gave us wonderful reccomendations about the city.

It is an easy commute into Amsterdam on the bus, remember If you are buying bus tickets, get the GVP app purchase tickets there, and it's easier . We ordered a delux room to celebrate a special birthday, and sadly, our air-conditioning unit did not work in our room. However, we were given another room which was standard and given a 50% refund of the cost of our original room, which we were happy about. Considering how much it cost us, it is still quite disappointing ?

I had issues checking some guests in which caused a debate with the reception. the “twin room” is the same as a double room except the beds are separate but are pushed together there is no separating them.

Great for a city break! The location is perfect, with only a short bus journey into the central Amsterdam. The hotel room was very spacious and clean as well as peaceful. We found all staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The modern building was light and airy. It was a very interesting building. Although we didn’t use many of the facilities there was lots on offer.
