Room was nice, quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were great. The loction was a little outside of the central area but was about 10 mins by tram from the central area. A supermarket was about 6-7 mins walk.

I think this hotel deserves 4 stars instead of 3. The room and facilities were very good, the bar had a nice terrace and the location was convenient with a bus stop right next to the hotel going directly to the city centre.

The property was well maintained. Very clean and the room was spacious. Nothing really except when we booked breakfast, there was a discrepancy with the prices between their online check in and the live chat. I hope they fix this because its misleading the guests.

I love the the bus 22 goes directly to central station The waiter serving us didn’t ask how we liked our steak and it was too rare and my mother was sick. However the girl was a lovely lady and did everything for us and gave us a complimentary drink as a token of goodwill

There was free water available in the lobby and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were also great at giving advice and recommendations.And they gave us Dutch waffles as a welcome gift. The hotel was pretty clean,and there was a direct public transport with bus to the city center. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the AC and coffee machine worked very well. Overall, I had a really comfortable stay. Honestly, I’ve stayed in 5-star hotel rooms that were worse than this one! Only elevators but I think is fine still you don’t need to walk

it was convenient for me and had great access to public transportation no balconies and cleaning staff left our window open after cleaning, letting flies in on the first day, which stayed for the remainder of the 4 nights.
