The property is very cute, charming, and comfortable. It’s in a great location too. It was perfect for what I needed.

I liked the location, the staff and it was a good price. The free coffee downstairs was good, and the bag of treats when we left was a nice touch. Our bathroom was very smelly, like sitting water and as it is a very small it all smelt bad. We did not complain as we figured it was due to the plumbing challenges of the area. The layout of the bathroom was difficult as well, the sink was impossible to use to wash your face.

Location of the hotel is great - it is a trendy neighbourhood. Some rooms may have better views than others. My room does have a canal view and it is facing the residence blocks across the canal so it is very quiet. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The lobby has flavoured water and candies. Check-in desk is run 24hrs. I'd recommend this gem for solo travellers for sure. Communal area seems a bit dated which is understandable. The staircases are narrow which is not an issue for me but it could be for some other tourists. The hotel does have lift installed.

Coffee was free of charge, staff was very friendly Walls are very thin, you hear everything, every door slammed is your new Alarm in the morning. The bathroom was moldy, especially at the bottom of the shower… we didnt shower at all.

Location was great. After dinner treats, coffee, and tea was great. Hotel front desk staff were super friendly. Also emailed to let us know about our shirt we left by accident. We enjoyed our treat bag on our way to the airport too. I’m 5’6 and didn’t have enough leg space to sit on the toilet straight. I don’t believe this was explained when I booked it. Also small wash clothes weren’t available. We used a hand towel which ended up being too big.
