Everything was perfect. Great location, beautifully presented and well maintained hotel. All staff were extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful. Service was excellent in all departments. You feel everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. Our room was the heritage suite and was well equipped for a hassle free stay. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Breakfast choices were plentiful, and the food was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay Leaving so we will be back

The staff were great, the room was very pleasant and quiet. We were staying for the races and made the most of the shuttle bus to and from the races and that was fantastic. Breakfast in bed on the last day was lovely. Best mention to the concierges who couldn't do enough for you

Every thing was great . Amazing staff and very large rooms. Breakfast was lovely. The spa was expensive, and very busy.. no where to chill. Show taps dripped after hot sauna and no freezing cold water to cool down after. The chlorine in the pool was soo strong it hurt your eyes when you walked into the pool room.. Theres many ways of sorting that these days with salt irrigation rather than chemicals .. Disappointing for the money. Sauna good, Steam good but no cold water tap in there either..

A luxurious hotel steps away from the train station and town center, with large and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Staff was very helpful!
