Nice, clean hotel in good location with friendly staff and tasty breakfast for a very reasonable price. There was always a place to park our minibus in the yard. Close to train and bus stops. Very close to city center, salt main, cafes. The furniture and shower facilities are already worn out. However, the hotel only has three stars. For this price, it is a great hotel.

Great location, walkable to the Salt Mine in ~17 minutes. A little worn but very clean and comfortable, loved the comfy linens and floral light fixtures. We had great breakfast. I don't know what other reviews are talking about staff, the lady up front was very kind, helpful and willing to work with us so we could have breakfast when we got back from our tour! Wielicka park train station is a two minute walk with a lovely grocery store right there too. There is a lovely asian restaurant next door which does take out so when we were sick we got soup to go. Walls are a little thin but we had no issues- we had pleasant neighbors :)

The staff is very forthcoming, although they don't speak English very well. Good location: walking distance from Salt mine (15-20 min). Free parking available and you can agree with staff to leave a car on check out day for whole day. Good breakfast available.

Hotel room was clean and super warm, especially we liked beds, very comfortable, the small fridge is a great advantage Breakfast could be more variable

Cheep, and friendly staff Staff didn't know a word of English nor German. But we got all sorted with Google translate.

NOTHING DIRTY ROOM WITH BEER BOTTLES THE ODOR OF SEWER WAS ALL OVER THE ROOM ON THE FLOOR THERE WAS DIRTY EVERYWHERE A NIGHTMARE

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was quite poor. Rooms are simple and sheets are clean, but matreses and covers were not. Curtains seemed never to be washed.

Sleeping may be challenging as every noise from outside your room is audible. - Breakfast management is poor, especially during busy periods you may have to wait for staff to bring missing items individually. - Absence of cleaning services during our 3-night stay was disappointing; basic tasks like emptying the trash bin or providing clean cups would have been appreciated. - Overall, it's a standard place to stay, but the overall rating of this hotel doesn't align with the actual experience. :)

We had a wonderful stay. It was a perfect location as it was 3 minutes from the salt mines which we visited.
