An atmospheric hotel, located in a historical building, featuring traditional carpets and dark wood furniture (both are becoming a rarirty with many hotels opting for modern decor), very clean. Very nice swimming pool, wonderful breakfast and an excellent restaurant - I have not had such a tasty dinner for a long time! The hotel is located right next to a light railway track, which provides a fast and reliable connection with the city of Cracow, but is also a source of some noise during the day. Fortunately, it all becomes very quiet at night.

Very fast and easy check in. Good location, quiet zone. Hotel is in good shape. Sauna is rather small, pool and jacuzzi solid. Breakfast in good standard, solid coffee. Overall, I liked my stay in Turowka hotel and I do recommend it.

Great location near Wieliczka Park station, giving us convenient access to Krakow. Beautiful hotel. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast and bar areas. Staff were wonderful. The spa/wellness area could use some minor upgrades or fixes. Still a decent area; just a little disappointing.

We liked that the hotel has plenty of private parking. Our room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, a big variety of food and tasty. The location was great, very close to the Wieliczka Park train station, where you could take the train and in 20min you were in the center of Krakow. Staff was super helpful, nice, and spoke good english. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was tasty and fair price. The spa area seemed a bit smaller in real life than on photos. The saunas were also quite small. The air-conditioning in the room could've been a bit stronger.

Good location, room was clean, pool and jacuzzi were awesome. The food was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The water pressure was too low and for me the bed was uncomfortable.

We liked the spacious room, enjoyed the lovely sauna and nice breakfast. Sadly, the restaurant did not meet expectations — we had dinner there once, and it was quite disappointing.

The location is fantastic. You can walk to the salt mine and the train station in under five minutes. There is a grocery store next to the train station as well. The hotel is historic so in some ways a little dated but its very very nice. The breakfast was great. The rooms are very spacious for Poland. The steam bath was not really hot. I am not sure if it just needed to be turned on or if thats how it was supposed to be. The sauna was 100 celcius. Extremely hot! Its probably helpful to have it that hot with such a small sauna. 15 minutes is about max for most people probably less. You can rotate people through quickly at boiling temperature.

Beautiful hotel for a reasonable price, very comfortable beds. I recommend getting a room with a balcony. Good location, everything is within walking distance. The breakfast had a wide enough selection, but mostly tasteless. Scrambled eggs and pancakes were inedible. Which is surprising because the dishes served later in the same restaurant were tasty. As if there were two completely different restaurants in the morning and evening. The spa is very small and we couldn't even find the salt chamber.

My husband was absolutely thrilled with this first choice of where to stay upon arriving in Poland. The hotel has a charming old European feel. The bar is a lovely touch. Our room was nicely appointed and comfortable and quiet. Quite accessible by 314 bus (bus stops 1 minute from entrance), it is also just a short and easy walk to the salt mines. Staff was lovely and helpful. Nothing ?

Quiet, clean perfect place to rest. Great selection of food for breakfast. We stayed one night only . We had a good sleep, bathroom was nice and big. Stuff very helpful. Great thank you to the reception lady who helped me with suitcases to the room while I was carrying my sleeping baby.
