Great staff, great location. 2-3 min walk to old town and another 5 min walk to main square. Breakfast was fantastic. Used to be a castle that has been converted.

Absolutely loved it! The entire staff was incredible. Very friendly and helpful. They gave us the feeling that they were happy to see us. We asked for a room that allowed the windows to open, so they decided to upgrade us. Which was very kind. We had a great view of the beautiful courtyard. The room and the rest of the hotel were beautiful and wonderfully decorated. The mattress and the pillows were a dream. The shower had great water pressure. The bathroom had great lighting. The breakfast was delicious. They offered many choices à la card and had a buffet. We highly recommend this hotel!

Located right in the old town and walking distance to most tourist destinations. A little expensive for what was provided. The sauna was closed after hours.

The view looked out right over the awning/entrance, so unfortunately did not have a very good view of the courtyard despite paying for the higher room price. Also, the toilet flushed very violently, often sending toilet water all over the bathroom floor. From a nit-picky interior design perspective, the lighting and light fixtures throughout the building also lacked some cohesion/atmosphere. We also stayed in the Autograph Collection hotel in Krakow and found it had a nicer presentation than this one, despite the historic property.
