Comfortable and pleasantly appointed room, professional staff, excellent location.

The furniture was pretty There were only 18°C in the room, and the air conditioning was not working in heating mode. We were cold throughout the entire night. The room service did not work as expected. The hotel claims that food is available from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM, but the only option offered was a Greek salad. The breakfast was extremely poor, with a very limited selection of food. The quality of the items available was also below expectations. The hotel is not worth the money. The restaurant closes very early; when we arrived at 9:20 PM, the kitchen was already closed and no food was available. The carpet in the room should be cleaned more thoroughly, especially for a 5-star hotel. Professional carpet cleaning should be carried out regularly, at least once a week. Overall, this hotel does not meet the standards of a 5-star property.

Great location for exploring old town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A bit pricey but expected due to location. We would have liked a larger bed. It felt smaller than a queen size mattress.

Very close to everything. The staff were not friendly at all. The beds are uncomfortable.

Located right around the corner from the main square, which is what we wanted. They also had secure parking available (at a cost), which was very important since we had a car. Great room. Quiet. Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance. The shower had great water pressure, also important to us. Price was more than we usually spend, but the available parking is the reason we selected this hotel. It would have been nice if the parking was free given the price of the rooms.

This is a beautiful hotel in a prime location of Warsaw. Despite its central location, the hotel (or at least our room) at night was very quiet, so easy to get good sleep. The staff was very helpful, especially Jakub at the front desk. The room had great high ceilings and a spacious bathroom. The shower had excellent water pressure. The furnishings and decor were very nice - comfy bed. The included breakfast had a lot of good options. The value of this hotel was really excellent. Would highly recommend. Nothing.

The room was very large and comfortable. It was elegantly decorated and furnished, quiet and had everything we would expect in a 5 star hotel. The location was good, close to the old town and there were restaurants and other commercial places close by. We missed having the normal reception / lobby area. When going downstairs, it seemed like we were there alone in this grand facility. They had a bar but it never seemed to be open and had no patrons or typical upscale bar feel. Minor items as the room and our stay were great.

A beautiful hotel, inside and out. Elegant, large rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice little cafe attached for coffee and desserts. Good central location. A great value for those using $ or €. A very small breakfast buffet.

The staff at the hotel anticipated our every need including arranging for a late checkout, without our asking, to accommodate our flight schedule. They arranged a private driver to take is to Krakow for the day to visit the Christmas Market, made dinner reservations, and arranged for airport transportation. We felt very welcome and we stay here again, should we return to Warsaw. I used the workout facility and its located in an area that is fairly isolated. Since bo one else was around, it was a bit uncomfortable.

Superb location! We stayed in the rooftop terrace suite. Would 100% recommend.

The location, the building and the room Although the building itself üs very beautiful, the entrance amf other areas decoration is simply terrible with its old-fashioned soviet-communist era leather furnitures. Lobby and reception areas not welcoming at all, terrible breakfast room and breakfast itself, very poor service staff… Taking into consideration the price of the room and the breakfast, my experience has been very disappointing. No elevator, and an open-door casino on the same floor with the rooms! Every time you go upstairs to the room, you have to pass in front of the casino and its bar. Strange combination.. there is no concierge, no room service, no staff, actually nobody around.. as a frequent traveller, it was probably my strangest hotel experience ever. Thanks god I stayed only a night in there..
