Great location Close to sights and transport. Comfortable room Fantastic breakfasts.

The location, the helpful night receptionist who gave lots of advice and help with excursions and travel options. The breakfast. The comfy bed. On first arriving, I panicked as the sign is small and I didn't see It at first and then I didn't know how to get in. Luckily another resident came along and explained and let me in. It was also dark and late at night and I am a solo female traveller It would be good if there was a little fridge in the room as I had water but it got warm quickly. It would be good if there were tea and coffee facilities in the room. I had to put my own duvet cover on the duvet and when room was cleaned it was all folded up on top of the bed so had to make bed ready for sleeping myself.

立地が最高によく、スタッフも親切だった。タオルやベッドも清潔。朝食も含まれていてよかった。朝食会場も可愛らしい。他の宿泊者たちも親切だった。 私たちの泊まった部屋は12平方メートルにベッド2個、部屋に扇風機1台、バスルームはなく下のフロアにバスルームのみ使いに行くシステム。トイレは隣の部屋の人たちと共同で１つ。ここに宿泊した日ウィーンのホテルが全体的に200€台の中、ここは150€なのでコスパ面で選んだのだが、快適さには課金すべきだったと後から反省。もちろんこのホテルが良いとか悪いとか言いたいわけではなく、夏の35度を超えるウィーンで冷房なしの部屋は暑すぎてサウナのようだった。熱中症の危険性があるので、夏のウィーン観光の際は冷房付きの部屋を課金してでも選ぼうと学びました。

Exceptional

I liked the area it was in, with the metro right outside the hotel. The breakfast was good too, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I booked 3 rooms for my family and one of them was on the 8th floor (mine) and it was small, uncomfortable and HOT. Not kidding, we ended up with 2 fans inside since there was no AC and barely any ventilation. The chocolates we bought in Switzerland melted and left a mess because of the heat. We showered and it was so hot we would sweat right away and basically get dirty on the spot. The shower was in another room than the toilet, and there was no shower curtain so the water spilled everywhere, we used a towel to dry the mess and left it on the floor to be changed and they didn't.

Location is fabulous. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was clean and bigger than I expected. Felt very safe. It's on the 7th floor but there is a lift. -

Location Level of cleanliness. Room size and layout. I booked 2 rooms. One was so-so. However, the second room was next to a common toilet. It was stinging while entering the floor and this room.

נקי, מואר, גישה נוחה לצק אין ולחדר. מיקום מצוין קרוב לתחנות אוטובוס ורכבת. צוות אדיב ומקצועי. חדר ברמה גבוהה , מקלחת מצוינת ומים חמים, מזרנים מעולים ישנתי טוב. ארוחת בוקר טובה למי שקשה לישון בלילה, אי אפשר לישון עם חלון פתוח, קרוב לכביש מרכזי ומאוד רועש מהמכוניות.
