Alma Boutique Hotel

This hotel is in walking distance to everything we needed, and for the tourist sites a bit further away, the subway stop was conveniently around the corner. Staff were all super friendly, the room was well kept, and the breakfast was good. The breakfast was a bit expensive for what it was, and the fee to check in early was also a little high.

The air conditioning was basically like having heating on. As soon as I would turn it off and open the windows it actually cooled down way better, but then be prepared to be woken up at 6:30 when the deliveries start and garbage trucks etc.

I like quietness in spite the location in center of the town. The breakfast was excellent and staff is very friendly, helpful and nice. I would recommend it to my friends and colleagues. The room was very clean, quiet and nice but a bit to small, and bed is comfortable, good quality but squeezed between the door and the window. But I slept excellent.

I liked everything starting with the kind staff that was there 24/7 ,the service, the place was so clean and they had everything u need also they let us leave are lagguage there before check in and after check out Nothing

The only thing we liked was that we were in city center. The first night we were up all night sweating. The air conditioner was not working. We had already been up over 24 hours traveling and we were exhausted and still could not fall asleep as it was too hot. In the morning I went to the front desk and told them the a/c was not working and we changed rooms later in the day. Which was also a total inconvenience. The new room was a little better as far as the temperature but we were still hot. That night we came back to the room and they put a fan in the room and that helped. But we had to listen to a fan running. The manager gave me a 75 euro discount - he should have taken the first night completely off our bill. Breakfast was very disappointing. We have been to 70 countries and have never had such a disappointing breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Yes, it is right in city center but do yourself a favor find another hotel in city center.

Great location. Great breakfast and a comfortable room. Bathroom design was odd for me.

Location is very convenient, within walking distance (approx. 25 minutes) to the city center and the Sisi Museum ?. Friendly staff, neat room, and good value for the price ☺️

Great location, easily accessed on foot and/or by public transport. Great breakfasts! Prompt service when inquiring about room problems or additional needs. Quiet area despite being right off main streets. Lights in room/bathroom somewhat odd to access. No comfy chair. Table very small to work on, had to move room phone & change lamp position in order to gain surface. WiFi covered only a single device (mobile OR laptop). Could have used another plug for charging, etc.

The room was very small and there was only one power outlet to charge the phone.

Staff were helpful. Location is very close to Metro station. Hotel room is well equipped and comfortable.
