Toilet design and physics were weird. Won’t go into specifics

I liked that my request for a date change was quickly approved. The location is very good, and the staff is friendly. The comfort and cleanliness were decent. Appreciated a complimentary bottle of water in such heat! Breakfast was a disappointment - on a low side with variety and taste, considering Vienna (!). Also, the initial room offered did not have a requested bed type; had to move to a different one (without a dispute, though). Moreover, hallways were rather rundown.

Very clean, helpful friendly staff, great breakfast (vegans ask for soy yogurt/oat milk, they have in kitchen for you), excellent location. We liked the older decor style mixed with updated bathroom and comfortable bed. Easy to walk to lots of places and good transit nearby. Location was quiet but just off the busier area. Close to a nice grocery store and good restaurants. We liked everything. Keep your expectation for a solid mid range older hotel.

The hotel was located close to metro, shops, restaurants, and sites. The rooms were small but clean, and had everything needed for a quiet stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and a perfect way to start each day. I can’t think of anything I would change!

The hairdryer is one of those pesky ones you need to keep the on button pressed to make them work, not very practical but i see why they chose this type. Also, the TV is a bit older, it didn't read the files on my usb stick , but i mean...if i really have to look for something i "didn't like"....

We liked how quiet our floor was, loved the high ceilings, and were impressed by the cleanliness. Evening snacks or food on site would be very nice.

the neighborhood and the room was very nice, appreciated the vending machine and bathrooms downstairs and free water, also the breakfast was good wish I got to enjoy more

Great location near all of the sights with many delicious restaurants and public transportation right around the corner! One of the rooms (a single) was very small.

Excellent location to public Transportation, delicious included breakfast, friendly staff, and beautiful historic building! I love that the windows open, but you have to keep them close to the AC. But makes for a few cute photo app to peek out the window in Vienna of course!

Clean and a good breakfast. The location was quite good and it was quiet. The beds weren’t comfortable, the pillows were not great. They didn’t supply any conditioner only a shampoo/body wash combo. We had to ask for a kettle, nothing else in the room. No fridge, the safe didn’t work

Excellent location, close to everything. Breakfast was very good and had good variety for us. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I needed hot water and they gave us a kettle. The air conditioner was not working on the first floor and they gave us a fan. Beautiful big windows that open and tons of fresh air.

Only location The staff were not friendly and seemed unwilling to assist. The service attitude was poor and unprofessional. In addition, the place was not clean and did not meet acceptable standards of cleanliness.

The location The dining room could have been cleaner. No dogs should be allowed in the dining hall. Too expensive
