Cleanliness, staff and wifi.

Location. Room: No-one serviced the room for 4 days! Towels not changed. Trash not removed. Containers for shower were empty, not checked and refilled. Breakfast: Breakfast was sad and uninteresting in comparison with other hotels. The young lady at breakfast was the only pleasant person on the staff. Reception: Refused to provide a receipt after payment on arrival. I was instructed that it will be provided only on the last day. This is unacceptable (business) practice since the hotel already had a credit card on record.

My partner and I chose this 4-star hotel, but the comfort just wasn't there. The staff were very friendly and the location was decent. WE BARELY SLEPT. The bed was noisy and uncomfortable, the blanket was way too small I even asked for another blanket just to cover my whole body but it didn’t feel comfortable, and the AC kept making a loud peeping sound all night. For the high price, we also expected basic amenities like complimentary drinking water, which wasn't provided. Great service, but the lack of comfort means we wouldn't stay here again.

The rooms do not become dark enough and I had a very hard time sleeping

Didn't have breakfast....had fridge in room and asked for kettle so happily bought buts we needed from v local Billa supermarket. Able to select own rooms on pre check in website, great as went for "garden/green view, looking from rear of hotel. Also quieter. All extremely good...only advice would be a couple more , bright pictures on walls to liven rather bland walls.....but that's just being picky.

Our room was upgraded for free upon arrival. It was very easy to communicate all our needs to the staff and they treated us very professionally. This felt like a very luxurious accommodation for the price. The rooms were nice and clean and there was free coffee and a mini fridge. There is also a small shop with drinks and snacks in the lobby. The train from the airport has a stop only 5 minutes away which was nice as well. I would definitely come back! We did have to Uber to get to any open restaurants and sites, but we just stayed here on an overnight layover so there may be more within walking distance during the day.

Bed very comfortable; window opened to let fresh air in as the room was super warm. Nice levels of lighting. Towels and bathrobes were very stiff and hard. Maybe a water softener is needed?

Solid hotel experience, but room was unfortunately a bit too cold.

Nothing dramatic, but the room is a bit weary.

1- The staff was friendly. 2- The location of the hotel was good. The train station is located around 4 minutes by walk. So, you have a very convenient access to the airport via train number "S7". 3- We had a very easy access to the city center and many other iconic places via tram line number "71". 4- We stayed there for Christmas time and the lobby was beautifully decorated. We had a very good vibe. The variety in the breakfast was good but I should have asked the stuff for providing us with cheese or ... which were missing. They provided quickly.

Room was cleaned only once during our week stay and we had to request the cleaning.

Location & Big room Lobby looked like a small rural train station. Ugly red rug and flooring. If they only change the flooring to marble, and the rugs in the entry in the ground floor hallway to classier rugs, it could change the ambience significantly.

No bar and no parking possibility (could have been better described in advertisement), cleaning of room only in 4 days period automatically
