Overall, our stay was pretty comfortable. We got an upgrade, and because of a minor issue in the toilet, we were given free parking.

Room was spacious. Breakfast buffet had a very large selection and food coffee. Great perks such as complimentary drink for not needed housekeeping. Great location. The drapes and armchairs were a little dark and heavy compared to the modern look of the rest.

A very good room with separate shower and separate wc. Excellent breakfast with fruit, breads, cold meats, smoked salmon, yogurts plus cooked options. Proper tea. All was good.

Breakfast was excellent. The location was convenient. The desk staff was good and accommodating in what they could do The open shower in the junior suite is completely ridiculous. I was sharing the room with family and we had to build a privacy screen with sheets and tape. I also extended my stay with a single room and for some reason the front desk couldn't manage my booking. We had to go through a third party. That seems crazy. Finally, the bar was quite overpriced for what it is. I realize that hotel prices are usually a little higher, but it was enough to push us elsewhere for drinks. Had the prices been more reasonable, we would certainly have spent more time and money there.

Breakfast was good with lots of choice Open plan bathroom. WC was separate but shower and wash hand basin in open plan room. This could easily be partitioned off.

Great location within a block of the tram, short ride to city center. I liked the overall atmosphere. The breakfast was great with a good selection. The room was really clean except the grout in the shower. The grout had mold and needed to be cleaned and replaced. I told the front desk and they said it would be fixed but that never happened.

The location is right next door to the Belvedere Palace and art gallery. It is about a 25 minute walk to Stephen’s Cathedral, Sisi Museum, 20 minutes to the Opera House and 15 minute walk to Katlsplatz metro. Trams run in front of the property. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices, hot items-eggs, bacon, beans, pancakes and fresh melon, yogurt, cereal plus salad, fish, cheeses and meat. Too many items to list. Shower pressure was perfect. Quiet rooms. Staff was great. Rooms were a little smaller than expected, but nicely appointed.
