Nice real estate development. Friendly and very efficient housekeeping. Good air conditioning in my room. Front office staff disinterested and interacting in monosyllables. Surprisingly bad welcome and first impression. My room faced railway works with noisy heavy machinery starting 6 am. In general it's sold like a structure with charm and character but instead seemed more a "tour bus" kind of crowd, at least during my stay.

Modern. Clean, Friendly, Fast service when we asked for something. Super comfortable beds. Large rooms excellent bathroom and products. Excellent Hotel. I would stay here again and again. Would be useful to have a concierge desk and some brochures of maps and tours.

Beautiful rooms and facilities. Great location to walk to sites, food, and public transport. One of the concierge checking me in was both arrogant and rude. When I asked some basic clarifying questions about my account she would talk down to me, and roll her eyes when I walked away. She did the same with the hotel guests checking in ahead of me asking similar questions. She did the same on day of check out, so i asked if someone else was available to assist us - someone else assisted us and everything went smoothly from there. All other staff were wonderful - kind hospitality and happy to assist during our stay. The room was also next to a construction site where heavy Jack hammering of concrete of the railway line was being undertaken - so not the relaxing lay in mornings we’d hoped for. I would have mentioned it, but I preferred the Jack hammering over having to have to deal with that specific staff member again.

Fitness, swimming pool and sauna were great! Hôtel is excellent in terms of value for money. Personnel was super nice and competent Location is a bit off City centre but right to tramway O, 15 min to Mitte Wien shopping mall and subway to City center

In a quiet area and within walking distance to most places to see. Nothing really, food prices were a little high .

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is near the city center. We had our dog with us and they provided plates for water and food. Very nice gesture! The bed and linen were clean and tidy!

Beautiful hotel, tasteful and modern facilities. Room was spacious and clean. The bed was amazing, great mattress! Had the best sleep. The position is not great, far from every attraction and in my option badly connect with public transport. We had to walk quite a bit to the nearest metro station everyday. The hotel did not feel focused on European tourists but on Americans and you could see that very clearly. The pool was crowded of kids and parents wearing their outside shoes in the pool area where you shouldn’t be wearing any. The saunas were ok but when we were there 2 out of 3 were out of order and people were wearing their clothes in the sauna, although it was forbidden. All-together not very hygienic. No staff was ever present around.

Tout propre endroit chambre impec Hotel is wonderful no doubt about it, also the cleaning members hat off.We booked for 2 nights 3 rooms, the last night I went to the reception to ask to the reception the prize for the breakfast the last morning apparently the girl( with a lot of tattoo) told me: you look at the screen/pc screen please step back it is private information You can not look atit to protect our clients. She say it twice like i was kind of a spy and i did nothing very disappointing for a marriot hotel invest in good reception welcome. At the end no breakfast at your place anymore i m james bond

I arrived early and wait in the beautiful lobby for the check-in time but almost 1 hour later the staff came to see me to inform that they could have prepare a room for an early check-in. They also bring water while i was waiting. Later, I visited the Wellness area and a staff Member took time to show me all around. That was really kind and pleasant.

The hotel was beautiful. It was comfortable, spacious and stylish with excellent facilities. We enjoyed using the spa. It felt like a unique place to stay. It was possible to walk to the city centre and public transport was also convenient. There was some noise from building works early in the morning but this was only a minor issue.
