It was clean, good looking and personal was very polite and servicial

The breakfast was excellent. Sometimes in these places it is frugal, but here there was plenty of everything and it wasn't of case of the early bird getting the early worm. The weather was very hot and, although there was a fan, sleeping was uncomfortable on the first night. There is no a/c in the rooms. Fortunately, the temperatures dropped as the week went on.

The bed linen had visible stains, which was unpleasant. There was also a spider in the room. I have a severe fear of spiders, and because there was no one at the reception desk during the night, I had no one to ask for help. As a result, I could hardly sleep until morning.

The room was clean and spacious. It was a nice touch having a bit of history of famous musicians in the room It would have been nice if the room had A/C but even without that I had a very good night’s sleep

Only thing I didn't like is the cleaning lady knocking on my door at 9:40 when checkout was 11:00

Good location, friendly staff, substantial buffet breakfast, clean facilities. The bed wasn't very comfortable.

Great value for the room, location and included breakfast No AC

It was near our tournament location and not far from restaurants etc. There were some stains on the toilet (under the toilet seat cover). There was only a small fan, no AC, so it was really hot and stuffy when we returned to the rooms (but during the night we opened the windows so it was nice in the morning).

The included breakfast was incredible, with home made cakes and patês, bread, cereals, all kinds of cheeses and hams, eggs both boiled and scrambled, coffee, milk, jam. The room was exactly what you need, simple but good. I even had a locker na

The staff was able to give me the room earlier than the check-in. That was pretty convenient considering that I arrive relative early to Vienna. Breakfast was included and was full of good and quality options. The location is also nice. Well connected by tram to the center and it is possible to walk to the Gürtel area, where you can find several bars really fun under the rails of the UBahn. The shower was small.

Good location...closed to a lot of attractions.

Hotel should consider to install large multi use bottles with shampoo instead of single use packages.

I was very lucky to get a room quite last-minute before Eurovision, and I was very happy to discover how lovely the hotel was when I arrived. Front desk staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, and room was very clean. Location was fantastic as well, would definitely return here. Just a note that in my room the bathroom was very small and cramped. It wasn't a big problem for me, but I imagine it could be a challenge for a larger person. On the other hand, it was very clean!

Clean room and great breakfast. The mattress and the pillow were uncomfortable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is closer to the city center. Breakfast was delicious, overall, I am satisfied and felt comfortable
