I really loved the room, it was very comfortable and clean.

They should consider running the heating a little longer at night when temperatures are below freezing.

It was in a good location, a five minute walk from the bus stop. Inside everything was good, no issues and fast self check in. The cleaners were a bit rude.

We were able to do the check-in earlier. There was also a luggage space. Very kind staff.

Good location, clean, comfy bed N/A

I think it's a good deal for the money. The only aspect that I was not satisfied was that the mattress was to soft for my preference. And guests who like to cool down their room a lot may miss a remote control for the Aircon. An instruction for the coffee tab machine would have been helpful. Otherwise, all was ok.

Everything went well, from the booking to the room and room service. The rooms are practical and easy to access and there are nice restaurants in walking distance. There used to be a snack instead of just a biscuit. I missed that. Also, the tea selection is great, but in the evenings I like teas and coffee without coffeine, which helps sleep better.

The heater was on at its highest setting during the day when no one was around, making it very warm inside, but it was turned off at night, and I got cold and sick. The toilets and showers were not cleaned routinely.

location is amazing No toothpaste

Good location Very easy access with only code access Elevator Wifi is not connecting, if it does its slow (even for a video load) not good at all… had to use mobile internet for extra charge Heating was not so good, turned up heating to max before sleep, and at morning we were still near freezing Bathroom design is questionable (shower is pushing water to the whole bathroom, making it really annoying)

Relatively close to the center. Clean, warm, safe and with all the essentials. It made us feel comfortable. Only the distance from the center isn't the best but still it is relatively close.

The pillows were bad. You could hear the neighbors going to the toilet.

The rooms are always very clean and I like the heart made from the towels to make you feel welcome. I appreciate the separate shower stall. I don't like the TV Stand in the middle of the room so much, it is too prominent that way. My room was close to the main entrance, so it was a bit noisy at times ...

Just one thing: the Wi-Fi reception in room 207 is very weak.

Self check so easy, room tidy and clean good amenities and we adore the tea and coffee supplies Nothing

I always enjoy staying at the hotel. The rooms have good standards, very nice bathrooms, are clean and well kept. They are also easily accessible by public transport. There used to be a flyer with places to eat close by (comes in handy for a woman travelling alone) and there was always a nice snack by the coffee machine, which I missed this time around.

It is clean and location is super good! There is a coffee machine and coffee in the room. You get extra towels and apples if you want. Nothing, everything was great.

We loved everything about this accommodation! It is in a safe area, very quiet (as the rest of Vienna), relatively close to the city center, maybe a 30-35 minute walk. Around the accommodation there are some beautiful places worth visiting, so don't skip those. There is a tram station 5 minutes away and you can get pretty much anywhere from there, it was very useful. There are shops also 5 minutes away. The self check in is easy, with a code, I've never felt safer to be honest. There is a lift, but we didn't use it. The hallway is clean and when you enter it you get hit by a wave of coldness with was refreshing. There you can get the wi fi password and some additional info from some brochures. We met the cleaning lady and she was very kind helpful (we had some questions regarding the public transport). The trash was taken out everyday and the bed was made every morning. The room had everything: hairdryer, hangers, coffee machine with coffee pods, sugar and milk, tea, cups and mugs, spoons, slippers, tissues, tv, a mini fridge and a safe. The air-conditioning was working perfectly. The bathroom had everything you could need: shampoo, conditioner, soap and moisturizer. It was pretty spacious as well. Overall we loved the place and we really recommend it! ❤️
