We loved the hotel and venue. Water was delicious ? As diamond members we were not very impressed with the executive lounge food. The 'happy hour' snacks were mediocre and nothing special

Great location, helpful staff Sub-par air conditioning the first night, but they then switched our room.

The building itself and the lobby are elegant, and the location in Wien is convenient. That’s about where the positives end for me. I booked half board for myself and my 17-year-old niece, and it turned out her meals weren’t included in the price — this wasn’t clear anywhere in the confirmation. I ended up having to pay €103 extra for her breakfast and dinner. At check-in, I asked if I could swap my own dinner (valued at €65) for her breakfast instead, since I didn’t want the dinner — the staff refused, even after I asked to speak with the manager. He just repeated that this was “my contract with Booking.com” and wouldn’t engage beyond that. I offered to pay for her breakfast directly and even that took a lengthy back-and-forth before they agreed to €38. Then at dinner, the menu offered was limited and worth nowhere near €65 — maybe €30 at most for what was on it. For a hotel at this price point, the lack of flexibility and transparency was genuinely disappointing.

Close to everything. Nothing I didn’t like

Our room had a balcony, which we love when traveling. This gave us access to the lounge for breakfast and happy hour. Both were relaxing and plentiful. The staff were so helpful!

The variety. However, they need to have a healthier options, i.e. fat free or low fat milk as well as, low fat yoghurt. Their cereal options are very high fructose cereals. Raw oats would be an essential and easily viable option. See my answers above.

The property is beautiful, well maintained, and centrally located. The included breakfast is excellent. We loved the little self serve snack shop in the lobby. Nothing, it was great!
-
spacious room and bathroom, big mirror in the bathroom, quality materials A memory foam mattress does not dissipate heat, making it difficult to achieve deep sleep on it. You should have classic spring mattresses. This is biggest problem of Hilton.

the brand name staff need further training in communication skills, I missed the first day, and I did sent many messages to the hotel staff to inform them not to charge the first day. but at my next day arrival they charged me. the excuse is that it is not their responsibility to change the date. they informed that I need to communicate with booking.com . but this will not excuse them for not replying to my messages or notifying me about this procedure as their confirmed guest , their response was that I should contact booking.com .all my messages to this hotel were sent via booking reservation hotel details.

Customer service prior to the stay was diabolically bad - decor of the hotel is pretty basic and dated. Absolutely not worth the price of the stay. Not family friendly in the slightest. Only redeeming feature of the hotel is the doorman who's an absolute legend. The rest of the staff are rude and incompetent. Would not recommend staying here. Terrible customer service, dated decor and rooms - kinda looks like a place a dodgy American senator would take his mistress in 1997.
