Clean, good location, friendly staff. The room was small but I cannot complain given the price.

The room was very big. The shared access to the bathroom was very comfortable. There was no AC during +39 outside.

All staff are kind and very helpfull. The breakfast was prepared with meticulous care and was truly delicious. The hair dryer I am not sure was included in the hotel amenities or not but was not working properly.

On our last evening we had a small water leak in thr bathroom. Nothing serious and we told the staff. Two towels per person would have been nice also but again, not a deal breaker.

Location The hotel was not good. There was no internet in the room, only in the lobby. The breakfast was not good. The mattress was very uncomfortable. There was also a drainage problem in the washroom. Overall, it was a poor experience.

The room was extremely clean and was serviced every day. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a 10–15 minute walk to most tourist attractions and about 300 meters from the metro and tram stops. Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Honestly, nothing to complain about. Everything was as expected or better.

- good location - friendly staff members - quiet and calm place - breakfast options were decent.. - decent price - rooms were well equiped. (Smart tv, kettle, complimentary Coffee and tea) - walls are a bit thin, you can really hear neighbours showering, but nothing else (no talking and etc.) - I know that there's no AC mentioned, but evaluate that if traveling on hot days. Rooms have table fans, but, they don't help that much at night.

Everything was perfect, nothing negative. I walked everywhere and event though the hotel was in centre, it was a quiet place. The staff were so nice and friendly. The room and the hotel were super clean and felt safe. Nothing bad, it was awesome.

The location was perfect, inner city, a 3 minute walk to the metro. The staff was all very kind and helpful with directions, calling a taxi for me, my room was cleaned every day, very quiet.

The staff is very nice. The room is clean . Location amazing. There is a kettle in the room with 3 tea bags and two coffee. The bed is soft, the floor is clean, shower is great.
