This family-run hotel offers a very central location in a quiet street in the heart of Vienna, just a 10-minute walk away from Saint Stephen’s Cathedral. Great hotel, great spot. The girls at the front desk were amazing, slightly less pretentious than the males. Thank you for the girl who got into our room early…we needed that with our flight. Overall a great hotel and I would recommend staying here. Best breakfast ever though. Smile a little more front desk, otherwise a great stay.

Great location. Sumptuous breakfast. Clean rooms. There is limited tourist info available. But helpful and informative when asked. Nearest subway stop 7-10 minute walk.

I really liked the location and the breakfast. The hotel was very clean, both inside the rooms and throughout the common areas. The amenities were excellent, and everything was well maintained. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Located within walking distance to loads of sights. Great place in the center of the Old Town. The hotel was clean, staff were very helpful and breakfast buffet was excellent. I can’t think of anything I did not like.

Location was handy. A little outdated overall with shower handle in bathtub making it awkward. Window curtains not room darkening. Staff were generally friendly but more standoffish than other hotels we stayed in on this trip.

מיקום מעולה. צוות מקסים. אחלה חדרים. המזגן פגז גם בימים הלוהטים שהיו פה ועובד גם בלי הכרטיס שמפעיל את החשמל. ארוחת בקר מכובדת מאוד יחסית לאירופה. מבחר גדול וגם אפשרות להזמין ביצים וקפה איך שתרצו (כולל לאטה על חלב שיבולת שועל…) מומלץ ביותר. אישרו צ׳ק אווט מאוחר מדורג - עד שעה מסוימת בחינם, אח״כ ב25 ארו אני חושבת (לא זוכרת פרטים מדויקים כי אנחנו נשארנו עד חמש) ועד 17:00 ב65 ארו. לגמרי סביר ולנו היה מבורך. בלובי יש תמיד תה מיים ותפוחים - אהה ו3 צנצנות של סוכריות גומי ואחרות… הורים לילדים ראו הוזהרתם ? כלום.
