We stayed for 3 days. Staffs was so kind and nice. Room was nice and clean reasonably spacious. Bathroom was nice, clean and well maintained. Complementary breakfast was amazing. Everything great and tasty. Very close to old town. Staffs of bistro very nice and friendly. All bread and fruits great. Strongly recommend for young couples for honey moon trip.

Location is good a bit far apart from the noice but for us perfectly fine. The room was nice and good mattress buy way too small for us.

There was an unpleasant smell in our room, but after we complained about it at the reception, we were given a different room.

Location, rooms, staff helpful and friendly, Not having room service, the welcome video when you switch the TV on shows amenities that aren't in the hotel... such as a pool!

Beautifully designed rooms and overall comfortable amentities. View on a quiet park and possibility to sleep with open windows are a huge advantage! The breakfast was just ok but if they added some more fresh fruits and berries would be great. Nothing at all.

Excellent location on a quiet square but within a short walking distance to town center. Spacious rooms, well appointed with new furnishings. Good sized bathroom with modern fittings. We had a clear view of the square. Exceptional breakfast, varied selection of items plus option to order hot items like eggs and pancakes. The bar/breakfast room is light and spacious, again with comfortable seating. Staff are all very helpful and welcoming, the Reception staff was particularly outstanding, always helpful with information and to make dinner reservations. Nothing.

The hotel is located across from a park. It’s very walkable to key attractions and underground stops. Receptionist was very welcoming.

Our stay at Palais Rudolf was excellent and truly exceeded our expectations, especially as this was our honeymoon. The room had a beautiful view and, despite the hotel being centrally located, it was impressively quiet — something we really appreciated. Cleanliness was impeccable, with daily housekeeping, fresh towels, and a well-maintained space throughout our stay. We were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful surprise in the room (prosecco, a personal message, and a small treat), which made our arrival feel special. The breakfast was rich and of very good quality, and the staff — both at reception and in the breakfast area — were consistently polite, professional, and helpful. Overall, the hotel combines a boutique atmosphere with a high level of organization, and it’s clear that the current management is doing a great job. We would definitely choose it again. Nothing significant – everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Excellent Stuff and Service! One of the best so far! Really liked the room, location, facility and all hotel members. The sink was very stylish, but small and uncomfortable. Breakfast options are limited to other hotels in this price range. There were only couple of choices, so definitely room for improvement.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. The staff is kind and friendly, there are small touches and details through the hotel that really make it a pleasant stay. Also, I really appreciated the clean and quite nicely equipped gym. The location is well connected with everything you might need. I would gladly stay at Palais Rudolf again!
