Very nice room. Amazing location, close to the center and public transport is nearby. Great breakfast. Check-in and -out were fast and without any issues.

Always woken up by the clashing of plates and dishes

The location was good. There was also parking for 30 EUR/day. The coffee machine is in the room but they only provide two coffee pods for your stay. The TV is way too small.

Kitchen staff is very very rude

Good location: halfway between the main train station and the downtown area. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are convenient for a family with children. The front desk staff was friendly. The heavily slopped ceiling made the room very claustrophobic and basically cut the usable space by 40%. You have to be very careful with your heads when using the room. The room and facilities were very old. The carpet was old with stains, and the room smells possibly because of this. The master bedroom mattress lacks support and is well worn out. My back hurts every morning when I get up. The sinks drained very slowly. The shower in the master bathroom was tiny. The shower/bathtub in the guest bathroom was so high that one risks falling down when going in and out of the bathtub. The hot water kettle must have been made from very low quality plastic - if you boil water using it, the water has plastic flavor. The breakfast has very limited selection, and the selection stayed the same throughout the duration of our stay.

I liked the room. The curtains are well designed and block the entirety of solar and artificial lights, so one can sleep longer and deeper. The soap and shampoo are fairly decent, and the bathroom is quite clean and orderly. The fridge in the room was empty, and there were no gift snacks or gift drinks that one usually gets when arriving to a room for a stay. That's all.

Space and location, nice breakfast, easy access to restaurants, metro and one stop to inner city center Toilet could be cleaned more

I had not paid attention to the fact that the rooms contained a kitchenette and was really surprised to get such a big room with bedroom double bed, toilet room, bath room, living room with sofa. The breakfast was very good and the staff very kind. I really liked the place. It was super clean. It is a little out of date, but perfect for the price. TV is quite small, but this was not relevant to me.

The hotel is nicely situated between the train station and the city center, making it easy to get to either on foot. The room was spacious and clean, though just a bit dated. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a nice variety of tasty food. All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful.

street -For the length my stay, the property could have upgraded to a bigger room. -Ants regularly crawled into the room in numbers(but was taken care of by staff after complaint)

The hotel in Vienna offered a pleasant and comfortable stay with clean, well-maintained rooms and a calm atmosphere. The staff were courteous and helpful, making the check-in and overall experience smooth. Its location was convenient for accessing public transport and exploring the city, while still feeling quiet and relaxed at the end of the day. Overall, it was a good and reliable choice for a stay in Vienna.

The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The price was also relatively fair for the location and room size. The room had several issues that affected the overall experience. The toilet design with the shelf inside the bowl was very impractical. The shower was also very small and uncomfortable to use. In addition, the sink in the bathroom drained extremely slowly and was almost clogged. There were black marks on the ceiling and multiple spiders and spider webs around the room and windows, which made the room feel poorly maintained. The bed was uncomfortable and also did not appear properly cleaned, as we found multiple hairs on the bed upon arrival. There was a noticeable cigarette smell in the hallway and slightly in the room when we arrived. In addition, there was quite a bit of noise during the stay, although it was not always clear where it was coming from. The curtains also did not properly cover the windows. Because the windows faced nearby windows, there was very little privacy and we even had to move furniture around to block visibility as much as possible. The gaps also allowed a lot of light into the room during both the night and early morning.

Tram line was closed was not informed at booking time. The Wifi code they did not disclose, had no time to figure out myself was not part of the booklet. Room size great, I booked however for 2 persons and was there alone. the tram line closure :)

Nice warm, clean hotel, mid-way between Train station and City centre - so quite walkable. Also, non-stop reception with easy checkin makes it easy to arrive after the late train. Very tasty breakfast with enough options to choose and friendly attentive staff
