Excellent location, close to the train, walking distance to the the main attractions. Very good breakfast, decent selection, friendly staff.

The front office staff is attentive, responded immediately to any request or concern. Brilliant attention from Amet. Well located, close to the metro station. Although breakfast was served, no restaurant in place.

The staff was especially helpful. I want to say that the young man who is the "bellhop" in the lobby is amazing. Not only is his English excellent but he helped me on several occasions with efficiency and good humor. He should be promoted! When my previously ordered taxi did not show up on time, the young woman who was the day manager ordered a local taxi that showed up in less than two minutes. I was off to the airport and did not miss my flight thanks to her and the young man who works in the lobby. When getting off the elevator on floor six, I fell heavily after not seeing the step up to the hallway going to my room.

it was close to all the downtown area festivities, the room was big and comfortable, and staff was friendly and helpful Nothing that I can think of, it was in a good location to Christmas markets and sightseeing activities.

The spacious room, friendly staff, reception open 24/7, Strauss at breakfast and the nice birthday surprise left in my room :) For a music lover, it was the perfect hotel to stay in.

Property is not modern but is well kept and clean. The room was spacious even by North American standards and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and very clean. The continental breakfast is included and was pretty good overall. The property is a bit dated ( the room key is basically a 2 Lb paper weight but actually kinda of works). It could stand to be updated but it would likely lose some of its old world charm.

Another guest in the room next door to me had a dog and when he left the dog alone in the room to eat breakfast the dog barked for 30 minutes straight.

Food. Workers are very Friendly and helped with everything. On picture before visiting, i saw bath, but it isn't. Besides this everything was excellent!

Fantastic location. We walked everywhere. Best schnitzel in town less than 5 min away. Very good breakfast, but try to come earlier. Everything was perfect.

The room was light and airy and very clean. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and the hotel was very clean. The staff on reception were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would come back. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.
