The location was ideal, the staff were superb and entertaining, and the introduction to the hotel at check-in which included a refreshing cocktail all added to this great experience. The rooms we're very unique and well-appointed which made it a special stay for us.

The Hotel Motto is a Beautiful building right in the centre of the popular shopping area on Maria Hilferstrasse. It’s a beautiful building inside and out . The room we had was small but comfortable. Lovely shower. Our room was very very quiet and had a relaxing and private feel . Rooms are cleaned every day . The rooftop bar is amazing. We didn’t use the spa this time All the members of staff are very helpful. The Motto extremely close to many public transport options . This is our second stay at the Motto. The shower and toilet are separate but the sink is in the room . I do like a separate bathroom but that is my personal preference . Coffee / tea cups without handles . Seems to be a thing in lots of hotels now ?

The hotel is absolutely amazing. Everything is perfect down to the smallest detail — the design is beautiful, stylish, and elegant, and the entire hotel is exceptionally clean. The rooms are just as beautifully designed, with incredible attention to every little detail. You can truly feel the thought and care that went into creating this hotel. We loved our stay! Nothing at all!

Great location. Super comfortable bed! Nice shower and bathroom amenities with good products provided. Fun design. Our room on the third floor facing the street was quiet. Minor detail, but the light switches were hard to figure out. Other than that, all good!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in Europe. Felt very welcome with free check-in drinks (appreciated all multi-tasking staff!) The hotel is very clean and well kept. Friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom (in Chic double) is spacious and water never leaks out (very important). The terrace rooftop bar offers you a very nice view of Vienna. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again in my next Vienna visit.

Amazing hotel, located in a cool Vienna neighborhood, surrounded by nice shops and cafes. The hotel itself is also just beautiful, one of the best I've ever stayed at. Clean, comfortable and thoughtful touches.

Great location, next to tube. Staff were so helpful and accommodating. Hotel itself is super cool and very well finished. The rooms were great and presented extremely well also. Although in a busy area it was really quiet in the room. Nice rooftop bar and restaurant and bakery. One of the best finished and thoughtful hotels we’ve stayed at! Nothing really. If I was being picky, the breakfast included rather than addition but that didn’t impact our overall experience.
