Easy access well situated

Flashing light on first floor apartment hallway that kept going off and disturbing sleep for my nephews

Everything was nice,great location,clean and comfy beds,great staff,you can find lots of shops around,beautiful city.

All was great Nothing

It is one floor of a building and not really a full hotel. I was not aware of that when we booked. It is older and dark. The lock on the doors were very strange. You essentially have to lock yourself into the room from the inside in order to secure the room. In the US this would not pass fire codes. We had to use the key to get out of the room. The shower also did not drain.

Good location. The staff had some problems activating the air conditioning, but in the end it worked.

The location is superb. Room is small for a family room.

Stayed in the family apartment for the balcony. Plenty of space, bedding, towels, etc... Good location. No soap for the kitchen to wash dishes. Half of the balcony deck boards were rotting/spongy and we did not feel safe walking on them.

Wow, for the amount I paid, I was ready to be happy with a very modest room but my room was lovely. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was a nice sized room with plenty of light and a beautiful bathroom that looked new. The room included a TV/remote, a safe and a very well stocked minibar! I had read some complaints about the breakfast room, but I found it to be very relaxing and pleasant. Again, it was perfectly clean and there were lots of things on offer, including scrambled eggs, fruit, cereal, a variety of breads, several juices to choose from, and a coffee machine with various options. Management was friendly and kindly showed me to my room. I loved the location near the English Kino, but it's also near the underground for accessing the rest of the city. Plenty of shopping and restaurants are in the area as well. Many thanks for a great stay!

The location is definitely amazing, close to all the main points of this city and right next to public transport.

A good location but not really the prime place. He still had to take Ubers to go to places Breakfast room is small and jammed

Location is excellent, in the middle of the city and shopping center. Room is very spacious and matching a family needs. Kitchen is equipped with most of the necessary. Breakfast is sufficient but very basic. Staff were nice Breakfast could be better with a more variety. Room was quite clean and organized, but some parts were still with dust.

This is the best bed I've slept in during my entire trip to Europe.

The rooms are small, during our stay was repair of infrastructures, washing machine was not functioning so we couldn't ask for laundry, the hotel is in few floors but one if two available elevators was not functioning. View from our room was to the wall...
