The location was great and everything you would want to see is close by. All the staff were very friendly the whole time. I am an NH member and they gave us a free water bottle even though we went through booking. Breakfast was great as well. You also get free minibar drinks if you do not get a room cleaning. - gym is not great; only two machines, no weights, and the sauna is visible which is very uncomfortable. Spaces should be separate. I used the sauna and did not like that I could see the gym. I got the hotel for the gym so this was disappointing. - room downgrade: we got the superior room which was supposed to have a separate living room and bedroom space. When we brought this up, they said that the pictures were old and that we did get the superior room. However, when leaving we saw that other rooms whose doors were open had the true superior room setup that we had asked about. We felt that we were downgraded to a worse room that was not acknowledged. We were upset about this because we got this room specifically to have the living area as shown in the room pictures and felt ripped off. I would have done another hotel. - tv is glitchy; changes channels on its own - teabags in the room offered are weird and create leaks due to weird shape but maybe I didn’t know how to use them. - bathroom has no ventilation and weird shower door - not every room cleaning do they change sheets or bathrobes. Robes are kind of busted.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and well maintained, and the room was comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has an excellent location on a lively street with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. It is a relatively small and quiet hotel rather than a large hotel with a spacious lobby, lounge areas, or cafés, but it is comfortable, clean, and very conveniently located. Personally, I find the main central shopping area of Vienna, about a 15–20 minute walk away, even more lively and preferable for staying. However, this does not take away from the hotel’s location, which is still excellent and very convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. There is no free parking, and the available parking is relatively expensive, especially for hotel guests staying for several nights. A reduced parking rate or complimentary parking for guests would have been appreciated. Other than that, we had no significant issues with our stay.

I liked the location and how the stuff were friendly specially the breakfast stuff. The A/C was not cooling enough .

Perfect location, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient staff. They were responsive and helpful before arrival, throughout our stay, and even after departure. The location is well connected, and close to everything. The rooms are spacious, clean, well lit, and very well equipped. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Perfect location close to the shopping in Vienna but also the main city attractions. We also very much liked to opportunities for lunch an dinner close by. The smell at the reception was not our taste. Please change if possible as it smells very cheaply. No other aspects to mention we did not like.
