Hotel Mocca

No air conditioning in Summer. Very hot room.

The hotel is very well located, just 7 min walk to 2 subway lines and a lot of restaurants and bars in the area. The room was super clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and fresh with a variety of things. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great experience!

Breakfast included in Genius price was also okey - eggs, wrustel, few types of cheese.... nothing special, but all that you need. Location is very good, walking distance to the Museum Quartier and the central streets. Bus sttop at the entrance. Lovely bars in 5 min walk and a Spar in the next building. The pillow was awful.... guys, you should change it!

High ceilings, large bathroom, clean linen and an exceptionally nice receptionist (evening shift!). Believe it or not, I booked the hotel because I saw in photos they have an orange juice maker. When I came to the breakfast room, nobody appeared to have heard of that device! That is called false advertisement! I understand it's not principal, but the fact remains! The bathroom is very large which is great. But absolutely no barrier / shower curtain. Everything is always full of water. And not even a mop to wipe it. The balcony was shared with other guests means anyone from the other room could enter my room. I know Vienna is relatively safe but still I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving the balcony door open. Also the noise people make on "their side" of the balcony was in my room and I couldn't sleep.

Excellent Hotel, very good and friendly staff, hotel offers garage for an additional price, breakfast is very good, only missing some fruits like banana apple and so on.

People at reception were helpful and let us do an early check in. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple but complete at the same time. Food and drinks were being refilled constantly and served warm. Location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance to city center and avoids massive crowds. Even though the bathroom was very clean, the shower, sink and furniture were clearly damaged. Walls between rooms were quite thin (could here ''loud'' conversations from other guests) and windows were not fully soundproof.

Great value, friendly staff. Breakfast was really nice. Paid parking available which helped.

For budget travelers the cost was just fine Shower cabin - broken sliding door. Fix it.

It’s a great place for business or short trips. The location is not super central, but still within 20mins walk from the key central locations. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean. Good experience!

The shower is a bit small and turning off the heater didn't work

Friendly staff, quiet , clean room , good price . The young lady at the front desk also helped me get to the bus stop and train station as I didn't understand the maps. It was quite hot. Most hotels in Europe it seems don't have room Air conditioning, which I didn't even think to check about before I booked.

I would have liked fresh fruit at breakfast but I appreciated the minimalist approach to the breakfast buffet. Everything was great!

The beds were extremely squeaky and any movement during the night would wake the whole room. Breakfast was not fresh at all and had very limited variety. The coffee cups had visible coffee stains on them. The TV in the room was very small and unusable. The bathroom and toilet were extremely small, and closing the door was difficult

Room was very small and the wind was blowing through the windows but luckily the heating was good.
