Location, clean and modern room. Bottled water was supplied every day. Great breakfast with friendly and efficient staff Nothing

The room was clean and had a lovely big window that opened wide so it made the small room seem bigger. Friendly helpful staff. The corridor to our room smelled mouldy and needed updating.

Location was fantastic. The air-condition in our room was not the best. Some nights got warm.

Location Room was on 9th floor an attic room .Quite small. Bathroom was tiny. Shower was over bath which had a glass screen.. Screen seemed dangerous. When we showered the water flowed through the fold in door onto floor . There was tiny insects in bathroom..

Central location Attitude of some staff The location is great, and that was definitely a highlight of our stay. However, I feel the team needs a refresher in hospitality and, more importantly, in how to communicate with guests. On the first day of our stay, I reported that the Wi-Fi in our room was extremely slow, with only around two bars of signal. I was informed that a technician would look into it. On Day 2, before leaving in the morning, I stopped by reception to let them know that I did not require room service, but would appreciate fresh towels and some water. Before I could finish explaining, the receptionist interrupted me with, “Yes, you can put DND.” I continued explaining what I actually needed, but was met with an irritated smirk. It was a small interaction, but the tone felt unnecessarily dismissive. Later that evening, around 10pm, I returned to the hotel after a long day and the Wi-Fi issue was still unresolved. I mentioned this again at reception. The gentleman asked whether the issue had already been reported. When I confirmed that it had, I was told, “Okay, so go check if it’s working and then tell us.” I had to firmly explain that the issue was still ongoing. His attitude then changed, and I was told that he had just returned from vacation, it was his first day back, and he had no idea about the issue. I explained that I was checking out the following day anyway, but that this was feedback they should take on board. The response I received was, “Oh, for feedback, yes sure, I got it,” which unfortunately did not come across as particularly sincere. Neither interaction was a major incident on its own, but together they gave the impression of a team that was frazzled, unapproachable, and lacking the level of warmth and professionalism I would expect from a hotel of this reputation. The location is excellent, but hospitality is ultimately about how guests are made to feel, and this is an area where I think the property has room for improvement.

The location of the hotel is supergood. All sightseeing is in 5-10-20 minutes to walk. Also I liked the possibility to open the window in my room.

The location was great, rooms were clean and comfortable. Shame there wasn't a Nespresso machine. The instant coffee wasn't really great.

In a great location. Close to shops and restaurants Aircon in room was not strong enough for hot weather. Pillows need a bit more substance
