Excellent hotel in Vienna! The location is very convenient, the hotel is modern and stylish, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well equipped.

Excellent location, alongside the Danube. A short and really lovely walk to the city centre.. Fabulous staff. Excellent roof terrace bar and food. Excellent value for money. Nothing not to like really. Rooms as always, on the smaller side but I'd go back in a heartbeat.

The location vs the center of the city No parking spot available Windows dirty, we booked a room with a view but the windows were very dirty No slippers in the room Reception staff very unprofessional and they didnt do anything to make us feel welcomed ( they actually lied about why the terrace bar closed one hour earlier, the staff in the rooftop bar had a different version, they didn’t want to bring the missing slippers inside the room, very disappointed for a 4* hotel

The rooftop I did not appreciate or agree with the design choice of building a six-story hotel with no opening windows in any of the rooms. This makes the constant use of mechanical ventilation necessary, which, in my opinion, comes at the expense of the comfort and natural quality of the indoor environment.

Location and the terrace bar We should get larger bath towels for double room for two people. We had one large towel and two smaller.

The room and view of the city was unreal. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere to all the sites. Rooftop bar was cool too.. The breakfast was a let down on American standards. If your a fruit, yogurt, cold meat kind of person then you will like it

Excellent breakfast and general cleanliness. The hotel is at a reasonable walking distance from the centre. The staff was nice and helpful Unfortunately I had to park my motorbike on the road as the hotel garage was complete
