The manager The staff The villa Beach couches …. Security didn’t know why but despite being in the only shade , they were unavailable. Beach bar. Very basic, unattractive and unstaffed. Very disappointed.

Deluxe villa was spacious, well appointed and private. Staff were amazing! The grounds were beautifully maintained. Relaxed quiet atmosphere.

Reception met us out at the front as our driver arrived to greet us and perform a Bali welcome ceremony and blessing …totally amazing. Wonderful people, excellent food, gracious service. Staff was very attentive ….eager to make our stay special. Nothing ….our stay was perfect

Everything! The rooms were very well appointed and the mini bar was great, just the right amount of variety. The resturant was excellent, we had something different every day and everything we had was exceptional. The staff all through the property were extremely helpful and very accommodating. 100% recommend this place to anyone.

The peaceful ambience and friendly helpful staff. The villa was so well planned out and the pool was perfect and very secluded. We loved the outdoor shower Couldn't find anything negative about the hotel. Everything was top notch

The breakfast If you are a 5-star traveler you may find this resort a bit lackluster in service. The villa is beautiful, staff is pleasant but they lack the details that make chains like the Four Seasons, magical. For example, we went to the beach and there were no attendants. We had to look for one to help us get towels, an umbrella, drinks, etc. They also say no way too much (but with a smile so they get bonus points for that. ). The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable that I woke up with a crick in my neck and back pain. It's not bad if you've never been to other top 5-star resorts.

Amazing rooms, great location and good service Inflated prices for taxi services. At least x3 times vs getting the same taxi yourself. Generally prices also for activities were super inflated.

Huge villa with stylish decorations. Nice restaurant with excellent breakfasts and dinners in a calm atmosphere. The staff really does their best to make your stay comfortable, starting with arranging transfers and additional services (fast track in the airport on arrival and departure) and finishing with with lovely options like floating breakfast served in your swimming pool. The beach is not suitable for swimmers. It is also very much dominated by water attractions (jet ski etc)

quiet luxurious stay

The hospitality of the staff was incredible! Everyone was super attentive, lovely and kind. The shared spaces were amazing (the main pool and the beach area), and of course the villa itself was great. Some things could use some maintenance, but when you point this out to the staff, they fix it immediately!

Very nice resort with luxury villas. Very, very kind personnel and helpful. The car was for our disposal the whole time.

the villa was pretty nice with the pool but no ocean view unfortunately. the beach was not nice at all, many jetskis, no place to swim, sort of dirty. the service was not really five stars. Overpriced services compared to other nice five star hotels with much better service and location.

Lovely villa with a private pool. Great breakfast. Lovely staff Dinner limited and a bit boring. No gym. Decking around pool needs maintenance. Even though the resort is almost empty we were slugged $AUD 300 for 1/2 day due to delayed flight.

The staff could not have done any more to make our honeymoon incredibly special for us. From the blessing we received when we arrived, the service was faultless - attentive but not intrusive. The outlook from the Royal Suite was sublime and the suite itself gorgeous and spacious. But it was all the little things from hand written messages on leaves at breakfast, to the gifts and flowers in the room that truly touched us and make the Royal Santrian a stand out. This is so much more than a boutique resort - it becomes your Balinese home with soul. To each and every member of staff, we thank you. Your warmth and service is nothing short of impeccable and we will be back again! PS The Balinese cooking class is a must and Chef, we have proudly cooked the dishes a number of times since returning home! Nothing
